Very Kind, professional and Ethic Doctor all my family. We love her.

This doctor is terrible. Stay away! She prescribed my mother with BP medication that caused severe edema in her legs. We called her to let her know what was going on and her staff was rude and blew her off. Did not care to talk to her or even acknowledge the issue she was having. Every time my mother goes to an appointment all she does is push more and more meds. She does not care about her patients. Patients are treated like cattle. We are switching doctors as soon as possible.

Sadly I have to report that this place is in general terrible ! Only one person seemed helpful and compassionate (Betsy ) outside of that all staff is rude and dismissive. My mother has severe neurological issues and needed a referral to a new neurologist and they have made her wait for a month now . Her condition is declining and I called and asked to speak to dr Santana to see if she could write a script for neurology since she was now having trouble breathing and they refused . Said the Dr does not do call backs . I would have to schedule an appointment which was 3 weeks away !!!! Completely medically negligent. They asked for last neurology notes from current neurologist which were faxed and still never wrote the referral . They wanted to wait for MRI to be done (which had been ordered by neurologist ) was already done as well , still no referral.They push for labs and tests to be done at their location but could care less about the patient. I was hopeful since Dr Santana seemed charismatic and caring at the appointment but clearly that was just for show . If you care about your health or your loved ones , DO NOT COME HERE !!!!

Dr. Santana is compassionate and caring doctor.

Dr Santana is the worst Dr she came in the room were me and my mom were waiting and as soon as she open the door the first thing out of he mouth was “I don’t have time for everything” with an attitude my mom lock her brain she didn’t want to talk. So she went with pain and left with pain and depressed. What kind of Dr treats her patients that way as soon as you walk in the door we were both in shock. Now we are changing Dr because there is no point on going there if they don’t have time for us. Is like all she wanted was to get paid and be done. It’s more about how many patients can you fit in a day fast. Not treat the patients.
