Worst place ever. Communication w the patient is bad. I will never recommend this place. It used to be good. Not now I have been 3 weeks without my depression meds. They don’t care they are like we will call u. No call

No lo recomiendo, cambian constantemente de doctores, nunca consigo citas, y quedan devolverme la llamada no lo hacen. Las ultimas dos veces que me he enfermado, no consigo cita y me envian a que busque servicios en otras clinicas. teniendo que usar los minutes clinic de CVS. Si tiene mas pacientes que personal para atender, pues no reciban mas pacientes nuevos. Cuando he logrado una cita y la he tenido que cambiar, la proxima que consigo es en tres semanas. Mi Dra., Eva Barco, se fue y nadie me envio un comunicado, me enteré cuando llame para programar la cita, y me dijero que seria considerada nuevo paciente y que solo me atenderian por 15 minutos, de que estamos hablando? Mucha promocion en la comunidad hispana, pero a la hora de la verdad no funcionan. Estoy frustrada y decepcionada.

Very bad experience!!!! They give me to wait over 2 months for my answer about test that I take when I call they make me appointment for another 1 month of waiting today is the day of the appointment and they tellMe they don’t find anything on my records! Ridiculous and unprofessional they give me west day off and makeMe run the test again very poor service on the counter think twice before you put you healthy in there hand !!!!

Doctor is awesome but front desk help needs help in customer service?

I am thoroughly impressed with this office and especially thankful that Christine DeJesus is my Primary Care Provider. She is the first medical professional who has treated me with respect, who has shown that she cares and has taken me seriously. I have many major conditions and she is always trying to find ways to get me the medical treatment that I need. I know I can count on her medical expertise, even when I call at the end of the day on a Friday. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone who asks. I feel those people who claim the facility is bad or unprofessional have very little experience with what a truly terrible medical practice is, these medical professionals are the BEST THAT FLORIDA HAS TO OFFER and I am grateful that I am being cared for by them. THANK YOU CHRISTINE!! YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!!

It is 6:19 pm on a Friday and this doctor's office is STILL returning phone calls to their patients. :) No matter what happens that may seem an inconvenience, know that this practice and these medical professionals are definitively professional, attentive and caring! Christine DeJesus, especially, goes above and beyond the call of duty in caring for my husband, and each of his visits and phone calls to the office are taken seriously by all! Thank you to the TRUE heroes at Orlando Family Physicians!

If possible I would give them a zero. The past three or four experiences have been horrible to the point I have changed practices. It started when I was diagnosed with covid and called to see if I could get an inhaler. I was told someone would call me back. That did not happen. I called back and was scolded and told I could not come in if I had COVID. I told them I didn't want to come in and was willing to do a virtual call as I had told them two days prior. I was again told someone would call back. I ended up calling Teledoc who called in the prescription for me. Skip forward to two months ago. I have a regular prescription that needed a refill. The pharmacy called me to tell me that OFP was not replying to their requests for a refill. I called and left a message and again no phone call back. I then called and got the answering service who told me they would have someone call me, SURPRISE no call back. I ended up once again calling teledoc who provided me a one month emergency refill while I could find another practice. I will tell you I did like Dr. Nieves but the office is terrible. If anyone asks me about them I would say to stay away!!!

horrible experience. they said they will take me and my sister 11 & 16 yrs. then they continued to take my sister in and do all their stuff and then said the can’t take her then said they can’t take me. everyone was saying different things. the staff was rude.

I wish I could give them a 0 star to be honest! I have never had a doctors office like this one! I have just had a bad experience the whole time I have been here. I can never get an in office visit and the phone visit takes a month to get an appt. by then I’m feeling better! Now I finally got an appt and the doctor never called! When I called the office I was told there was never an appt! Just very disappointed and I will be looking for another doctor
