Boca Raton Regional Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Sorry for my English I am Cuban people and I learning English. On November 13 to 15 I was on urgent care for three days. the attention clinic and of nurse is good.When I enter to the hospital I give all information of my insurance and personal information. All is god since began to come the bills. This is the total disaster. You enter on torture period. Really crazy. Actually after eight months I have two bills and the company or office team health tell me that insurance dont answer them.I dont have word they say me  that I need contact to my insurance to my insurance contact to them. My insurance say me thats is wrong way. I think some people work over there?. If you receive health care there you need take atención of philologist.May be for the new year I solve the problem.

I am only rating radiologist She was dismissive and an alarmist.They were quick to refer me to a breast navigator. Which I have yet to hear from. I made my own appointment to see a breast surgeon. Radiologist was too quick to move me forward to the next step.After speaking to my gynecologist office I took matters into my own hands I made an appointment to see a surgeon.

This place is great Was in and out in 20min. In particular Helena was awesome. She was very patient and was just a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service. Thank you

I usually dont write many reviews and this is my first review for a Doctor or Urgent Care Center.  I received excellent medical care from Dr. Tapaswini Trivedi.  It was Dr. Trivedis personality that I was most pleased with and why Im writing this review.  She is a ray of sunlight and has the best bedside manner.  The entire experience was wonderful.  I also had to thank the staff that checks you in and the staff that explained and gave me my post visit instructions.  I will in the future use this Urgent Care if or when the need arises and also will recommend to my neighbors that they use this Urgent Care.

Brought my 6 year old son who needed stitches small cut on chin. Instead of someone taking the time to even look at him the front desk sent us to ER. Doing research after the fact many urgent care centers would have handled and not sent us to ER where the cost is going to be exponentially more. I suggest bringing your business else where so that if you are in an emergency you dont end up having to spend substantially more money for no reason. Quite disappointed by this place.

The staff and the doctor that I saw were extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. I checked in with Michelle who was super fast in processing my paperwork. Then I was seen by Gaby who did a strep throat and flu test on me. During this time she was very professional informative and gentle those flu test are very uncomfortable but Gaby was awesome. Dr. Trivedi examined me and informed me that I had the flu. Dr. Trivedi was so sweet and extremely caring which is rare these days. She explained everything that she was prescribing to me and advised of other measures I could take to hopefully feel better sooner. Then Brandy gave me my discharge papers and she was super sweet as well. I usually go to a different urgent care when I cannot get to my primary and the last time I went there I wasnt overly impressed with the doctor that saw me. I highly recommend Boca Raton Regional Hospital Urgent Care I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely be using this facility from now on.

I visited this facility yesterday about 45 minutes before closing time.  I can honestly say I had the best experience. Everyone starting from the nice lady at the reception desk main nurse and Doctor were amazingly professional and compassionate at the same time. Ive had bad experiences at other urgent care clinics so I was a little hesitant.  It all went away as soon as I walked in.  Everyone took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were addressed. Great place for urgent care and on a great location. Too bad I did not discovered this place sooner.  I will be telling all my friends and family about it.  THANK YOU Boca Regional Urgent Care staff

I am writing this review to share the experience I had at Boca Raton Urgent Care in Deerfield Beach Fl.The care I received at this location was the best.  Dr. Trivedi is an exceptional doctor.  She made me feel so comfortable and listened to me with much compassion.  Everyone there was professional.  They call and check up on you after a few days to ask how youre feeling.  They are 1 on my list.Thank you for taking care of me.Anne D.

Very clean and efficient. Doctor listens to your needs. I didnt wait long but then I was the only one there.

I dont usually review doctors but I just received the best experience from Dr.Trivedi. I was a little nervous discussing my issue but she came into the exam room with a huge smile on her face shook my hand was friendly and introduced herself and was very empathetic listening to my concerns. Awesome bedside manner. I have never had such a great experience going to the doctor.
