Riverchase received 13.6% positive feedback, with patients appreciating the friendly staff and longstanding expertise. However, 86.4% of the feedback was negative, primarily citing rude behavior, lack of thoroughness, and prioritization of money over patient care. List of Charles A. Buchbinder's Reviews
I came in to see Dr. Bookbinder with a rash and swelling on my nose and under my eye. He did not come within 10 feet of my but diagnosed it as an allergy and prescribed steroids and a steroidal cream. He told me to call him in acouple of days. On Friday I was much worse. I sent him photos and asked to speak with him ASAP as I was in pain and concern.. In spite of being told he had my e mail and would call me he left thed office and never got in touch. I went to the ER and was told I had Shingles and not to use the cream Also given new meds. No one from Riverchase ever responded
Terrible - I wrote a longer review, but this site tells me that I'm using profanity. I'm not sure what the profanity was, but to recap - this guy is terrible. Stay away. Please!
Been in business for ever it seems...knows his moles and skin cancers....never much of a wait ...well run office.
No way. He started razoring my face as he stated I might have scars. He did this before he even told me what he intended to do, or if I had options. He did the same in 2 other places. I was actually asking him why we could not freeze, yet he keep cutting...without even slowing down to address my concerns. One place, he specifically said was not concerning, yet he cut. He owns the lab that tests the specimen. Cuts/scars=$$ to him. No trust.

I find him him arrogant and does not listen. He knows best. Office antiquated with antiquated tools. He cuts me everytime I am there and refused to use a light to view my skin, saying" you want a light go somewhere else". New name Dr Butherbinder. For his love of cutting
Been seeing Dr. Charles for years! His staff are practically like family. I am so happy that he just joined Riverchase . He finally takes my insurance, which is an added plus! Keep doing great things!
Stay away from his run of the mill practice unless have money to spend on copay non-covered by insurance drugs. He is surely in it for money.
Me and my wife visited for some skin related allergies. The physician didn't care to listen the problem thoroughly and started prescribing. The average time he had spent was less than two minutes. And the prescription he choose was not covered by our insurance. We have changed our dermatologist and we are quite happy with the care she provides.
Charged 75.00 for a office visit ? To check on a surgery he preformed ? Really charging the customer to recheck your own work ? Won't be recommending to airline workers , won't be going back !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
