Great Doctor, very personable and bright. Does not rush patient typically, nor try to push meds and procedures for every complaint. Seems to have common sense approach. Emphasizes good health practices.

I went to Dr. Sloan as my new primary care physician. He took so much time with me to review family history and my own information. As an adult I have never been to a doctor appointment where I didn’t feel rushed out. The appointment did take time, but I would rather spend significant time with a thorough doctor than 5 minutes with a doctor rushing me out with prescriptions.

Dr Sloan made me feel comfortable right away. He stressed diet and exercise rather than relying on medications. With his encouragement and advice I lost weight and reduced my A1C to below 7 in 2 months without meds. I recommend him to anyone needing help with diabetes 2.

Dr. Sloan has given me the tools to take control of my life and gave me the skills needed to get excited about starting his proven, effective, and easy to follow program. After initially meeting with Dr. Sloan, I could "feel" how my life and health was going to change for the best. It's 3 weeks later, I'm eating cleaner, loving my runs and the gym again, and can't wait to continue this healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend Dr. Sloan for all of your medical needs!!

I would say that I had a very positive experience meeting with Dr. Sloan. Went to him because I felt that I was out of control with my eating & needed direction. He was very knowledgeable & was able to point out many things that I was doing wrong with my daily eating habits. He was direct & made a lot of sense & I left there feeling that I could easily follow his program & make the necessary changes that he suggested.
