I've been to several rehabs, and this one is by far the best. They have a large staff- and good patient to client ratio and never felt I was being milked for insurance, as I have elsewhere.

FHE health has been a life changer. Everyone is so nice from staff to clients. It has been a wonderful 45 days here and I literally don’t want to leave. Of course being from MN the 80° Weather along with a pool, gym and massage doesn’t hurt. Massage being my favorite. I feel safe here. Addiction has ruled my life and I am done with it! Oh food is delicious too! No not getting paid to write this, just speaking from my heart ♥️ . Signed, happy alcoholic.

Once your loved one is admitted into FHE it's clear that they are in good hands. We had some issues with communication in the beginning, but the person (keeping confidential) was well cared for the the whole time and is doing much better.

They have some great services here, but they can be found less expensively elsewhere. I had very high hopes for this program, and they excel in many areas (both Neuro-therapy and the group sessions are wonderful), however they have really dropped the ball in my individual therapy. In 39 days I had one individual session (you are supposed to get one per week). I have complained about this to my therapist, his boss, and asked twice now to see the head of the department, to no avail. Also, I asked for help from my therapist on a call with my ex-wife, and he agreed. Then, while speaking with the ex, he said "why are you putting me in the middle, just call him directly". Even my ex- said that I have a terrible therapist. Finally, the residential level of care has little difference to detox (the really deep works starts in PHP), yet they will keep you there as long as possible. This place is very much "for profit" and it shows in every decision the administration makes. I was planning on being here long-term, but I am now planning my exit to another facility. I hope you have better luck.
