Dr. Lehr was an outstanding surgeon throughout the entire process. He communicated all of the details of the procedure prior to the surgery and made me feel comfortable on the day of the surgery. The surgery was a great success and I feel great thanks to Dr. Lehr!!

Wow I never thought I was ever going to leave a review on a surgeon but my week ended with severe abdominal pain. Went to the ER at HCA Lake City. Dr. Lehr was the surgeon working. I had not met him yet but the triage doctor that diagnosed me with the appendix issue. Told me that he had his appendix removed earlier in the year by Dr. Lehr and it went extremely well. This eased my nerves since Lake City has a horrible reputation for bad experiences. I was in the hospital room Friday, waiting in bed and Dr. Lehr walked in to introduce himself, he was very informative and easy to understand. He didn't rush through the conversation and wanted to make sure you asked all the questions. He was very confident but not cocky. Once he left the room, I was told it would be about an hour before I would be taken to the operating room. Well it didn't go that way. Another patient ended up with a far worse situation and needed to go before me. I wasn't mad or felt any kind of way about it because I was given meds to help with the pain. I was finally taken down stairs and Dr. Lehr came to see me in pre op and explained what happened with the other patient being an emergency situation which caused me to be pushed back and offered an apology. I personally understood already and only appreciated it that much more. He spoke with me for several more minutes as the nurses got me ready. I can't tell you how well he worked because I was put under but when I woke up things seemed very well. I was walking within 2 hours. He came to check me and gave follow-up instructions and again spent time being personable. Overall my experience was beyond great. Dr. Lehr is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Lehr.

Excellent experience with Dr. Lehr and the entire office staff. Dr. Lehr is very easy to work with and explained the entire surgey process cleary. Had a laproscopic hernia repair surgery at Broward Health North done by Dr. Lehr which went better that I could have ever expected. Recovery was very quick and incision sites look great! Would highly recommend Dr. Lehr for any surgery.
