Giovana Rene Crooks's Online Review Report Card

Incompetent and irresponsible. It is a disgrace that Dr. Crooks has a medical license. My husband has been held hostage for his medically necessary medications regardless of keeping regular visits. It is shameful. I have worked in healthcare over 10 years and have never witnessed the level of disregard for a patient's wellbeing as I have seen from this practice. I went as a patient once myself but never returned. After this last negligence, thankfully my husband will not be returning.

I'm very happy with Dr. Crooks and looking forward to seeing her for my well visit but she is no longer at Boca Intergreated health. Does anyone know were she went?

4 years later .... I am still a patient, and when it comes to my continued patient care with Dr. Crooks, I couldn't be happier! Many conversations have been had about my health. Dr. Crooks, more often then not, is the person I turn too. It means a grate deal that I can depend on her when in time of need.

I think she is a very knowledgeable person with a warm personality. She is very thorough and takes her time and is willing to answer any questions. I had a script from my physician up north for a skin condition and she was happy to refill it. I referred a neighbor to her and she was also pleased. Yes some of the wait time is rather long however in my opinion it is well worth it. The office staff was super nice and offered to print a coupon for my cholesterol medication. People sometimes are unreasonable and think that they are the only ones in that office and that they should be first. Get a life!

I have seen Dr. Crooks for many years and she is always attentive and patient. She explains things so I can understand and makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her as a physician and medical advisor.

I have had Dr Crooks as my primary for a few years now. She is alway attentive to my concerns and addresses any issues I may have. The office is run smoothly and there is usually little wait time. I have referred many family and friends and they have all been pleased.

Sadly, Dr. Crooks does not seem to care about my health. For the past five times, every time I meet with her she is always in front of the computer looking at the screen and listening to you while you talk about your physical complaints. She just asks a couple of questions and continue writing and reading on the computer. Once you are don talking, she examines you and then comp back to the stupid computer. Usually visits never last more than 5 minutes. She ends the visits without telling you any

I saw Dr. Crooks for the first time. She addressed all of my concerns, spent quality time with me, and educated me on Nutrition, supplements, and specialized testing that can be done from her office. I was given hand out material to study these tests. I appreciate the focus of prevention in her office. She was kind, caring, and easy to talk to.

The only person I found to be helpful at this place was the office manager, who personally called me to explain everything to me. Other than that, CRAPPY communication and terrible customer service. All communication is done online and the doctor is not allowed to discuss things over the phone. I would have been better off diagnosing myself through webMD.

POOR COMMUNICATION such that it is a DANGER to patients. I came in to get forms signed for a new job... I'm 29 & COMPLETELY healthy. I handed her the forms (already filled out) with all immunization docs. I spent hours the day prior verifying a recent chest xray had made it to my chart so that she could sign all forms. At check out, only one form was signed (nobody told me). MD thought I was missing PPD/Xray but xray was in chart. Refused to address my 1 concern-wanted to bill for another visit.
