Dr. Ignacio is the most caring Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He sits and allows me to talk about my issues, asks pertinent questions and prescribes the best medicine for my problem. I am significantly better after being in his care. I am so grateful to know him.

DR VALDES IS THE KIND OF DR I HAD GROWING UP IN NEW YORK. WHEN YOU SEE HIM. YOU KNOW YOUR WITH A DOCOR WHO REALY CARES ABOUT YOU.HE ASK QUESTIONS TIMELINES AND GOES OVER YOUR HISTORY AND ALL YOUR MEDICATIONS.I FELT I WAS WITH A VERY SHARP MD. AT 78 SOON TO BE 79 WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS.HE CALLED ME WITH MY BLOOD WORK AND SPENT TIME GOING OVER EVERYTHING WITH ME.I HAVE SEEN MANY DOCTORS WHO RUSH YOU THROUGH THE OFFICE BUT WHEN YOUR FORTUNITE TO FIND DR VALDESYOU REALLY LUCKED OUT

This was my first time seeing Dr, Valdes. He is an amazing doctor; he exceeded my expectations. What makes him so different is the way he cares about his patients. He takes the time to get to know you, your history and any issues you have. He is extremely thorough, intelligent and does it all with a smile and humor. His staff are incredible and so kind. The ladies at the front desk are warm and welcoming. His nurse eases your worries and is gentle and helpful. I have found my new GP :)

I can't stand doctors and their staff that have no regard for their patients time. Made me wait three weeks for an appointment because they want to be thorough. They told me I need to show up 15 minutes early for my appointment to fill out paperwork because I am a new patient. After I filled out the paperwork they made me sit around another 45 minutes. I finally left. You idiots could have picked up the phone and called to tell me you are running late instead of making me come in early and sit.
