Very rude doctor and rude receptionists. She breaths hard and puts the phone down while you’re talking. Even breaks HIPPA laws by shouting out your meds and conditions while you’re standing at the front desk. Very unethical and unsafe! Dr used me being in pain to threaten me to get another appointment with a doctor whom he couldn’t even properly refer me to!

I really like Dr. Schmidt and his staff, except for the blonde assistant (I won't say her name). While apparently good at her job, she's quite rude and patronizing. Aren't making eye contact and saying hello social norms? She doesn't believe in either. I get that you're busy and have a lot of patients, but I still don't want to talk to the back of your head - all the time, not just once! We had such an uncomfortable "conversation" yesterday that I probably won't be back, which is a shame. But a person shouldn't feel uncomfortable and/or anxiety when they visit their PCP. Bedside manner used to be part of the job. She doesn't have it.

I've been a patient of Dr. Schmidt for about 2 years now, and I must say, I am extremely happy with the care I've received. The entire staff is friendly, the office is ran efficiently, no long wait times, front office communicates any scheduling or insurance information necessary to make you feel included and comfortable with your visit. Dr. Schmidt's bedside manor is refreshingly nice and empathetic. He takes the time to explain your healthcare and your options. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Michael Schmidt grabbed me by my buttocks, turned me around and pushed me over the room bed and kept repeating bend over, bend over while smirking. There was three witnesses. Two girls working their clinicals and my fiance. Now the office is trying to illegally bill me. Evil people.

Doctor Schmidt is called the family doctor for a reason with all the new doctors out there looking at you like a number Michael is very knowledgeable because he has been a doctor for awhile but gives you that small town office feel... he even answers the phone after hours! Just be patient when you call bc they are a busy office!
