This because Google is not making my review go through purposely I'm sorry I couldn't tell you people what happened to me in dr. Bassoons office I wrote it 5 times and they won't show it But I will tell you it was so Bad I'm sill sick fom
I came here seeking help because of persistant neck and back pain secondary to a car accident, after my initial orthopedic doctor told me there was nothing else he could do for me. This practice took me in gracefully, expressed personal concern, and provided me a treatment plan to maximize my recovery and minimize my chronic pain.
Wish them well
Zoc doc made an appointment for me. When i showed up for the appointment, i was told that Dr. Barsoum was away on family emergency. When i asked why i was not called to reschudule, i was told it happened late evening. The appointment was at 10:45 am and the Doctor's office had plenty of time to call and save me the trip. I thought it was very unprofessional and showed significant lack of organization and care for patient's health and time
Excellent!!! Michelle The Certified Nurse Practitioner helped me with my excruciating sciatica and bursitis pain. Michelle the massage therapist has magical hands and also helped alliviate my back pain. Great staff and Dr.Barsoum is the kindest doctor.
never saw the dr only a nurse. injection therapy didn't help at all. It seemed like they were guessing where to stick me. Steer clear
It was suggested that I take 11 5 mgs of melatonin to sleep. This is dangerous. His laser machine is of poor quality and when it does not do the job one is told that there is no guarantee. It was only after he realized that I was going to report him to the Department of Health that he decided to refund me my money.
I was only seen twice, but I was NOT pleased with the results. I bought a package deal for a cosmetic issue and I won't return, it was a waste of time and money. Initially, I didn't realize that this physicians specialty is emergency medicine, NOT cosmetic. I don't like the idea of an ER doctor doing any kind of cosmetic procedure on me. I feel as though he mis-represented himself, but ultimately, I'm at fault for not doing my homework. I hope this helps other potential patients avoid the same mistake I made. To be fair, he might be an extraordinary emergency doctor but to me, they seem really different, cosmetic and emergency. The lesson is "Thou shall google before being seen by a new doctor." I knew better, but I was lazy. I got lucky, the only harm was to my wallet. Good-luck out there
This office fit me immediately when I called. I was having an initial outbreak of shingles and was in severe pain I had lesions in my eye and in my mouth. I couldn't eat or swallow because of the pain. Being new to South Florida, no one I had contacted wanted to treat my pain. This office was so compassionate and treated me with kindness. They helped put my fears to rest by explaining shingles to me. They treated my pain and within two hours of leaving the office I was able to EAT and DRINK! I had been so dehydrated. I saw the nurse practitioner and she was VERY professional and able to help me. They will be my new primary doctors office. They were able to file my insurance without a problem. The only bummer is that I have to return every two weeks but this is due to Florida's rules around the medication I require, not the dr's fault. I'm grateful they are there to help me. I can't say enough about their kindness. THANK YOU!
Took a friend to the emergency clinic because he had a fishhook stuck in his thumb. Waited for 2 hours for the doctor to show up and he never did. Finally in agony he went to the car and pulled it through with a pair of pliers. Wanted to charge for an office visit. Bills itself as an Emergency Clinic but there was only a nurse wannabe and no doctors available.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
