Worst Doctor and staff! I was in the ER for pain in the bottom of my stomach (nothing to do with Gallbladder symptoms). Doctor and staff Used scare tactics to make me have the gallbladder removed. He said that in case I come back with pain again, The surgery will be much bigger and the scar will take my whole stomach. Just like that. I refused to do the surgery and went for another visit with other doctors outside the hospital for second opinion. They told me that I was perfectly fine and that I didn t need a surgery. Thank God I didn t listen to him. Not professional, no Sympathy, no manners, A Butcher looking just to make his numbers. I DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS DOCTOR.

Dr. Kimmelman is the best! He truly cares and really takes time explaining procedures and the process. Makes you feel very comfortable and turned my very scary situation not feel so scary. I was so blessed to have Dr. Kimmelman as my surgeon for my very ANGRY galblatter removal! thank you!

Squeezed me in at the end of the end of the day for an appendectomy. Highly respected by the staff at Holy Cross and I can see why. I woke up, the pain was gone and felt great. As I heal, I feel super grateful that I ended up in the ER and ended up with Dr. Kimmelman. Thank you!

I am a patient of this doctor. He is very competent and super friendly. However his receptionist at his Deerfield office needs to be replaced. She's rude and dismissive. I came a fair distance to his office and forgot to bring a mask. I asked if they had an extra one (never been to a doctors office that doesn't carry of supply of masks). The receptionist curtly said "no" and that I would have to make another appointment. Not impressed. I walked out and not returning.

This guy tried to kill me doing an appedectomy 21 years ago. I ended up losing both my legs from the most common surgery in the USA. I can see nothing had changed…..,,Time to teyrr

Dr Kimmelman was so wonderful! He was so kind to my mom (who is 83 yrs old) who has breast cancer. He spent time explaining everything about the procedure and with a great sense of humor that made you feel comfortable. Dr Kimmelman's personality and bed side manner is a ten! Not to forget to mention that his whole office was outstanding! My mom and I are so grateful to have had him as our surgeon. The surgery was a success and we are now on to the next step in her treatment. I 100% recommend working with Dr K!

Best Doctor, I went through so many surgeons until I found one I could trust and make me feel comfortable. I am now a couple months post op and I have healed beautifully, no complications. Thanks Doc!

Dr Kimmeleman and his whole office were outstanding!!! They are very quick and explain everything about your procedure . The Drs personality or bed side manner is a ten out of ten . I would recommend him to anyone !!!
