Dr Michael Newman and his whole team from Sage Dental in Deerfield Beach were excellent. I needed an emergent treatment right before Christmas, and I was accommodated in timely and professional manner. They are my "to go" team for life. Thank you Sage team.

Everyone was friendly and the wait time was minuscule but the most important thing was that the dentist was thorough and took his time to explain everything and did a very good job

I had made an appointment almost a month before. I asked if my insurance was accepted there and I was informed that is was. Nothing major until I’ve got to my appointment. Upon filling out all paper work and seeing my the dentist for a regular cleaning which is covered my my insurance (2 x year). I was told that I had to my $120 dollars for it. When asking why, the hygienist told me a bunch a non-sense things, trying to persuade me to pay for the service that I am entitled for. I left without receiving my treatment. I did contact my insurance provider to take the appropriate measures and I have also filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This place is a total scam. Be careful.

It’s the tell you what you want to hear to make you go away dentist office. Had tooth pain and unfortunately this was the office my insurance approved. Was told I needed prior-authorization for the work needed. Okay, sure. 3 weeks go by and I follow up with the insurance company which told me it was never sent. Called the dentist and they said yes it was (it wasn’t). Then they said they’d resend it (they didn’t). However, they were able to submit their claim and get paid (2) days after my visit. Interesting. Not to mention them stating out of ear shot (well they thought I was) that I wasn’t a priority and move me along. Maybe that has something to do with it. Who knows.

This is very worrying what happened to me last Monday 09/25. After my procedure, I stopped to check out. The employee was on the phone with another patient, turned to me, raised a finger. (really?), I should wait (I think). then she asked for my name. "you can pass your card" $ 86.00. (insurance/company card) declined. I'm going to pass my personal credit card, she asked me to pass my card 1x, 2x, different amounts, on the 3x. I said she was charging me above the amount I should pay. This employee needs a lot of training. Be very careful with the payment in this place.

Great dentists and Hygienists. Get the codes for the procedure. Call your insurance with the cdoes to make sure the procedures are covered. Billing is atrocious. it cost me about half, that I paid for my root canal to get my teeth cleaned. they intentionally used all products and process NOT covered by my insurance. the agent to numb my gums and cheeks was a cartridge, not covered by my insurance. could have used a prefilled syringe 💉! covered by my insurance.

I'm grateful that I came to Sage for my dental work to be handled. The staff there on W Hillsboro Blvd is so welcoming and caring. Their enthusiasm really did cause me to relax, feel safe and valued, by the way I saw them each professionally respond to my concerns during my visit. I will definitely be back for oral work I was willing to overlook, but was made to feel accommodated so much, I changed my mind, and scheduled a follow up appointment with them in mind, I'll be happy to be returning!! Thank You SAGE🌹
