Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center At Deerfield Beach's Online Review Report Card

Thank you to the Sylvester Conprehensive Cancer Center for saving my mothers life who just completed her chemo today. Unfortunately I'm out of state so I'm unable to personally thank all the nurses, but each one of you are angels! You guys are amazing. Thank you for saving my mom.

Horrible experience trying to get medical records from this place. We moved and our new doctor has tried multiple times to get records from this facility with NO luck or response. We just tried calling the number this facility provides in their responses below and the number doesn't even work anymore and is disconnected. I don't see how the University of Miami has a good reputation. They can't do something as simple as responding to another Dr.'s medical records request. Now my Mom's cancer scans and tests that were supposed to happen tomorrow have to be cancelled.

Quality care, and caring staff

I'm a patient of Sylvester in Miami. I was recently sent to this facility for a PET scan as they had the earliest appointment. The technician that helped me was very knowledgeable and everything went smoothly. I'm going back to them in a few days for something else and will update my review after that.

What a nightmare. They authorized our insurance and when we arrived they said we weren’t authorized. After 4 hours they finally got it straightened out. Yet. Now ot was too late to get the treatment. They are dealing with cancer not a broken toe. It was an awful experience. The only reason I gave two stars more than they deserve is because if Jorge Lopez who had no obligation to help us and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Jorge. As far as the admin they truly need a compassion pill and training on getting things done on time. Further. Their entire goal was to charge us a fee way way beyond what the medication costs. I saw Dr. Leisha Bulli-Morgan she is great. So willing to do what I needed her to do. Helpful considerate doctor. she did an amazing job. Glad I saw her today. Thank you so much. Had a good experience.

Cancelled my appointment for absolutely no reason. Didn't receive a call, email, or anything? I guess the VA clinic in Broward lied to you about me not wanting my appointment and you all just went with it smh. The medical system in this country is terrible, especially to vets.

I came here for genetic testing, they took my blood and my money I have yet to recieve a call back from this facility in regards to my test results. I have called several times and left multiple messages. It has been MONTHS. I do not recommend.

Very capable and friendly. I am a cancer patient and I have been scheduled regularly for blood work and MRI's. So, they keep me informed of the necessary steps. Getting to the right place by phone is challenging, however.
