Tara E Levine's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Levine was thorough, answered all my questions and concerns. Very professional, courteous. I got lab work taken with her staff and got my results the next day and scheduled a follow up for results and issues. I have already recommended her to a couple of friends.

Does not seem to have a full understanding

She was very thorough, caring, nice sense of humor, and lovely to both my husband and I. We were quite impressed.

I have never met, not only a medical doctor, but any person or friend ad wonderful as Dr. Tara Levine of “Amicus” in Deerfield Beach, Fl. She goes out of her way to make sure you are well and happy. She gives so much of herself, Dt. Levine does not rush anyone thru appointments, and she has a wonderful Drs group and staff in her office, as well! They also have an in house lab, that draws blood and other setvices! What a time saver! The entire staff/ From the moment you are greeted with a warm smile, when signing in at desk, is comforting! The office runs with usual quick wait times. I truly, do not know what I would do without the care, ideas and comfort she gives me, while really listening! I would drive 100 miles for my visits, just to be in her guiding, sincere care! I have been her patient for about 3 years now, but by just knowing she is there, and answers calls, along with having assistants to check on my health needs... is so remarkable! I believe she only takes “medicare insurance now.” I originally was on an excellent private insurance, that was subsidized And cheaper, but it meant nothing. , just to be able to switch back to Dr. Tara Levine as my medicare primary doctor. Think twice if you read a bad review...some people have their own opinion. I am talking about mine and other friends, who also have wonderful trust and great care with Dr Tara Levine.i am Pt. this place is all about the money

DO NOT use this group. You are on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. The right hand does not know what the left hand does. If you have a emergency and need a referral you are out of Luck. You can wait days to be seen.Find an office that actually answers the phone and helps patients. They are more interested in fees than patients

This office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, period! Not only did they drop every patient under the age of 65, they did not even bother to contact any patient or offer a referring doctor! To add insult to injury they will NOT release my medical records to my new doctor, this has been going on for months. Don't visit this office!

My wife has been going to Dr Levine (and sometimes her husband, Dr Polsky), and likes both of them. I went with her once and really liked Dr Levine - much better than my previous PCP - so, I switched to her as my PCP. The change went through my insurance, so I called to get an appointment, and was told that they will no longer be accepting commercial insurance after May 31. So, apparently they are switching to a specialty in Gerontology, since the only non-commercial insurance of which I am aware is Medicare/Medicaid, and that is not very good in Florida, thanks to Rick Scott. You'd think they'd notify their existing patients of this extreme change, but my wife has yet to receive any letter or email. I guess unless you are retired and/or on disability, you can't go here anymore unless you're paying cash.

Terrible ... never even mentioned she would no longer be taking UHC - basically they'll only be treating older patients who are on Medicare starting 5/31. Never even had the courtesy of being advised via a letter or email; had to find out when checking out. Better off for me because Amicus and their staff is HORRIBLE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NEVER RETURN CALLS, INCOMPETENT IDIOTS. Patrice - RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Levine and her staff. They are professional, kind and caring. Dr. Levine always takes time to answer my questions and makes me feel like a special patient. Marina, the Physician Assistant,is well informed and caring. The health assistants are nice too. I recommend this office for anyone looking for a friendly and caring medical group. Josephine Giuffre
