Dr. McIntosh is among the very best doctors I have ever been to. So happy I found her ( not planning to switch). The support staff is also exceptionally good. She provides a complete physical, with great knowledge and attention to detail. No complaints.

Called to make an appointment to see Dr. McIntosh but the front desk staff was extremely rude. Decided to find another doctor after the attitude experienced.

This was the worst front desk medical office experience I have ever encountered. When I called to set up appointment with Dr. McIntosh (my Dr. went on maternity leave and I wanted a Dr. closer to my residence) I was told I needed to see Dr. Montes initially until I could be seen by Dr. McIntosh. I saw Dr. Montes and had some blood work taken at the facility. One front desk employee was so rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door. She kept giving me contradictory information to what I had received by Dr. Montes and the other staff members. She basically accused be of lying!. I could not believe how badly I was treated on my visit and phone calls. I was even told by this person I could not get a copy of my bloodwork when I told her I would not return to this facility because of mistreatment and misinformation I experienced. The Physicians may be good but the front desk and phone coverage is what I would consider dangerous to a patients' health

Marissa insisted that I haven’t been to this office. She went on and on. I’ve gotten blood work there and have seen the doctor. So not true and extremely rude. She relied heavily on poor computer notes vs. a human being- a patient who in fact has been there!. Someone ill trying to get an appointment. So sad. No one should endure this Treatment anywhere!

I’m very happy with the care and time she took with me! She listen to all my problems and right away order all necessary labs and test! The staff is very friendly. Her assistant Kim is so sweet.
