I am so happy I started going to him as my doctor!!!! He is direct with people and will listen to work with you for your best care over getting kick backs from drug companies to push certain meds on you!!! Once again I appreciate his help very much and have never been happier with a primary care physician!!!

I wish I was back home, I was treated with love and respect. Most of all Dr. FAWAZ treated me as a whole person. Thank you, when I get back to Defuniak, huge hugs. 2004 to 2009.

He owns the laundromat in Defuniak Springs and someone I know was injured do Dr Fawaz failing to maintain the drainage system working properly and water back flowing onto the floor. When management was notified she stated she would contact the owner. The following day the manager stated Dr Fawaz told her to tell the injured person that he don't have insurance for the bussiness and he has great lawyer's. Real jerk. As a Dr he should been concerned more about what was injured and if the man was ok but nope he cared only about money. If he act's like this one time bet the farm he is always worried more about money then someone's health.
