I saw my favorite Centra Care Dr today, Dr Dean. He is the best, always professional but also personable. The other medical staff members are also excellent. I also love the scriptures on the computer that I view as I wait to see the Dr. Thank God for this facility.

Simone was very friendly. We chatted a bit while she got me checked in and into a room in between her taking vitals. She was caring and compassionate and made my visit just a little brighter! No one likes having to see the doctor, but she makes the experience better.

Simone in the Orange City's Centra Care location was very professional, kind, concerning, informative & gave me her hospitality. She made me feel comfortable with my services. Thank you Simone for being you during my services. Her co-worker approached her asking about her training. Which I felt it should had been done differently or not in front of a client. I as a client though that Simone did something wrong or that she was doing something that was not part of her job description. She answered her co-worker of her training and she kept on moving forward. Thank you again Nurse Simone! Blessings

Went in to ask for help with post-covid asthma issues and got told off. I was told I had to pay $318 just to get in and that most likely they wont be able to treat me because I don't have a pcp. The lady was rude but offered me the option to get a plan with them inorder to get a pcp, but it is all beyond my budget (which is not their fault). I'm a broke college student and my parents dont have insurance. I needed help urgently and was denied it. They shouldn't offer the option to get a physical if they are not going to let you in unless its an emergency. If you dont have healthcare and are looking for urgent care do not come in here. You are waisting your time and money.
