Aui - Deland's Online Review Report Card

I met with Dr. Grable on 09/21/22 and 09/28/22. I did not care for his attitude, or the fact that he is rushed and lets you know that when he comes in to see you. While my stats came off well, he suggested another procedure just to be sure but said I did not have to do it because he was already too busy anyway. I told him I would not want to have him do a procedure .... if he has to rush. Will never visit him again. Besides, the place was crawling with patients begging for help, one even said he had never been in such pain, but he had to wait in line like everyone else since apparently there was only one doctor.... and he could care less for any quality time with the patients. It reminded me of some sort of third world health clinic. It was truly a horrible experience!!!

Have been here and to Orange City location. Care has been efficient and thorough. Waits to get appointments are not long, and we were seen promptly after arriving at both locations. Much better than many other local doctors’ offices!!!! Dr. Weiss was personable and knowledgeable and the PA Jeanette was as well. I’d recommend the practice.

What an awful experience. Started to see Quinn and dr.rafei in March they kept treating me for oab when I was diagnosed with painful bladdersyndrome from my dr in NJ. After wasting time with medicines that didn't work I decided to opt for botox,anything for relief. Nobody warned me prior that I might have to self cath,as it can cause urinary retention . I previously showed a lot of retention so this just made it worseThey put a foley catheter in and left me like that for 3 weeks.during that time I called that I had burning g.Dr.r told me to take azoI went to the er and it was a nastyutifrom the bag. Why didn't they hVe me in to test my urine. The two of the. Liters give u 5 to 7 minutes ofI finally realized that thry werent going to help me or didn't know how.I found a great dr i. Winter park who wi be doind a hydrdistention ss well as some instillations.thank god i left what a huge wsste and the 2 of them have 0 bedside manner. Disgusting time and do nothing. Dr.r told me to self catheterization myself and come back in a month.i asked for some further Treatment and he refused it was a five minute visit as always

Ive tried multiple times to explain to the staff that I LEGALLY changed my name and they still use my incorrect name and pronouns. I don't know if it's blatant transphobia but I refused to go to my appointment after correcting the staff multiple times and seeing no change. Trans people deserve respect from medical health professionals.

Honestly they saved my life everyone there is first rate chelsie is very kind, patient, professional and really make me feel like she cares about my recovery and well being Dr Rafiei saved my life thank you sir !!!

I was a patient of Dr Grable’s about 5 or so years ago when I was having some kidney problems. I remember coming into the Deland office as a patient before I knew anybody there and had Carlos as my nurse, and remember him being very polite and professional. I enjoyed my care at this office so much that I have now worked there for just over 4 years :) if you need a urologist I would recommend any of the physicians at this office.

The doctor is knowledgeable and has a good attitude . Ashley keeley and all the staff there are very helpful and reassuring . That goes a long way with me. I appreciate all of them .
