I went in for my baby girl 1 month appointment and the physician was Bhavnben Patel and while my daughter was completely naked in the cold temperature the Doctor received a phone call and it was more important than my new born daughter. The phone call was about her visiting a country and that she rather go somewhere else. She didn’t care about my daughter only about booking her next trip. The phone call could of waited. (Appt was 7/16/2021.

Dr. Patel was amazing with my son. She is a seasoned dr and great with patients. Takes her time and listens to what you have to say. I give her 4.5.

Both doctors are really good. They care about you. I've been going since I was a baby and I'm 19 now and they still tell m stories about my siblings and I as little kids. They always get me in same day I call or next day. Quick service.

Bhavna Patel is the only pediatrician that I will have treat my children. She has been all four of my children's doctor.I trust no-one but her for their medical treatment.As a Mom of a child which encountered a traumatic brain injury at birth,he might not of made it if her quick response and judgment to his dire birth emergency situation hadn't been taken.I wish she could see my kids till their 30??!She's the best...love her !

My child had complication since birth I been to all the doctors in Volusia County to get an opinion till I met Dr Patel She knew what was wrong with my child did a accurate diagnosis an immediately referral me a specialist I love her and she saved my childs life

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First and foremost, the receptionist is an absolute idiot. When you call the office she will ALWAYS answer "hello"... And that's IT! Like its her own personal cell phone she's answering. She's rude and so unprofessional. Secondly, the office it's self if filthy. The toys looks like they have NEVER been cleaned. And finally, they will have you with an appointment at 1:30 and have you waiting in a room until 2:30 without ever even being seen by a nurse.
