I had left reverse-shoulder replacement surgery. Dr. Steen & his entire staff were so very friendly & accommodating any time I needed them whether in the office or after hours. Dr. Steen has a very nice bed-side mannor. He described the surgery in detail, in a way easy to understand. He wanted to make sure any & all of my questions were answered & that I was put at ease as much as possible considering I was facing SURGERY, which is terrifying to me since I have a history of having 9 different surgeries in my history (nothing to do with my shoulder). I would recommend Dr. Steen to anyone who may be faced with having the same surgery done. He is a very knowlegable and tallented surgeon & has a very caring attitude. Thank you Dr. Steen & staff.

Super friendly office staff, no wait time at all at this first visit, was processed, x-rayed and saw Dr. Steen within 10 minutes of my appointment. He took his time, explained all my options regarding my injury and made me feel at ease. He gave me a steroid shot in the shoulder which I could barely feel. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Knew exactly what is wrong with my shoulder. Gave me options. I chose the shot and physical therapy. He was gentle with the shot, numbed my shoulder and made sure w was comfortable.
