This has been my doctor for 10 years. You cannot find a better one. Excellent bedside matter and he truly cares about what’s going on with you. Love love love this doctor would never go anywhere else.

I've been seeing Dr Rankin and his PAs for 18 years. He keeps up to date with the latest on everything, listens, explains and even checked on me in hospital. Occasional office staff confusion, but the medical staff is A+++

I never got past the front desk. evidently they lost credentials for new patients with Florida Healthcare Plans HMO...they had my info for two weeks on their patient portal and one week on paper!! No one said anything until I showed up for my appointment. OH..I was invited to self pay...kinda defeats the point of having insurance doesn't it? I think I should get to bill them for my wasted time.

WARNING WARNING these people at this office are crazy I warned you stay away you have to fill out paperwork to be approved I did not know I was trying to buy a car or get a credit card hell it's quicker to get that then to get to see the doctor it takes 12 days if they even call you back you have to continue to call them and if you've ever been given any time in your life any sort of pain medication they will not accept you it's a shame that I'm a cash paying customer and they will not except me cuz I was in the hospital and I was given three pain pills a month ago also if you take any medication for anxiety depression or any other sort of medication like that don't waste your time

Come from family medical background, recently moved back to DeLand. Dr. Rankin and his office came highly recommended, and I could not be happier with my choice. The front office staff is professional, follow up superb... and best of all on the all important medical side of the equation, Dr. Rankin and Mary Therese ( the only two I have personal knowledge about at this point )exemplify the three health care delivery essentials... they listen, they care and each demonstrates superior medical knowledge and acumen. Highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rankin’s since 2001. Dealing with a chronic disease, Dr. Rankin has always been the consummate professional. He always been the most compassionate caregiver I’ve ever dealt with. I would never consider going to another doctor.
