No wonder we have the crisis in Florida we have! Psychiatry.....practice meant to help people suffering with mental health issues. This doctor was referred to us by our PCP for my daughter to manage her bipolar d.o. The person answering the phone was cold, rude and very nonchalant demanding to know was her call for substance problems or crisis. I love how easily people on the phone push away people with viable problems and thus create crises for them! Here's a tip: hire someone with compassion to answer your phones! Furthermore, my daughter, the person with the mental health problem had to chase down her referral because no one could be bothered to call her when they said they would take care of it.
