Dr. Timko is an excellent optometrist! I have diabetic retinopathy and he took the time to show me pictures of my retinas and explain the process. He is patient and kind and takes the time you need to understand everything. The staff is also very kind and friendly. I love my glasses i get from his office. They are superior quality and I only do the best for my eyes.

I purchased my glasses from Timko’s office a Few years ago. I have been a faithful patient for 7 years. Not anymore. My expensive Sillouuette glasses broke at the bridge. Their reply was “ we can send for the bridge at $150 , and should be available in 3 days.” Well, I had no back up. I was in crisis mode ( hubby in ICU). . No problem solving on their end, just “ “oh well” attitude. I went to another eye glass place who took the time to remove my lenses from my broken glasses, and placed in a $100 frame. I purchased a 2nd frame ( over $500.00 ) for my long term solution. Just sayin... Timko couldn’t care less about helping me . Lost my business ! Danielle Collette

I live in an assisted living community where a Dr. Ahmed has an office--when he decides to keep his appointments here. When I retired to Florida twenty-two months ago I needed to establish accounts with a primary physician and several specialists. Though I made four different appointments to see Dr. Ahmed, he called his office to cancel, went on vacation for a month without bothering to inform his assistant here to not make appointments for a month and the last two appointments he just never bo

I was having trouble seeing while I was driving at night so I called and made an appointment with Dr. Timko. They have really good reviews and I know why, he is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and he takes his time asking you questions and listening to your concerns. Turns out I’m a little nearsighted and needed a very weak prescription. They have a little store in the back so after my appointment I picked out some glasses and they were ready in no time!
