Dr. Mark Hollmann is absolutely one of the best doctors I have come across in my life. I had a left knee replacement done in June and within two weeks, I am walking around without a cane. Dr. Hollmann is very knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely caring to put his patients first and to offer the best possible medical care with his expertise. I positively recommend him for anyone looking for knee and hip replacement surgeries.

I saw Dr. Hollmann for hip pain that was getting progressivly worse. He reviewed my MRI and X-Ray and said that I had severe ostioarthritis in my hip and it would require hip replacement surgery. He performed the surgery and after rehab and his advise, my hip pain is gone and I can enjoy life again. Before the surgery I had a hard time walking with pain and struggled with stairs. The pain was only getting worse. My decision to have the replacement done was one of my better decisions. I trusted his reputation and I feel that he is one of the best in his field.

Although I am certain Dr. Hollman is more than competent in his chosen field, the visit I had yesterday was less than 5 minutes. He spoke curtly and very nonchalant. He may very well see 1,000's of knees but I am pretty partial to my knees and would have liked a tad bit more of his time.

Office staff very friendly and helpful but I was very disappointed because I was first in waiting room with no one at Dr Hollman’s sign in area at 8:05. A young lady came in after me when the receptionist just sat down, around 8:10.and receptionist took her info. I went right up and mentioned that I was in first and she said she would get to me in a few min. After taking other person copay, etc. and clip board with paper work, she then called me up. Then she called me up, took ,y copay and gave me the clip board. That young woman was taken back and left before I was called. I went up to receptionist and asked I& I had been forgotten, reminding her I had been first, but not taken first.she said young woman had less paperwork, not so. I didn’t want to make a scene so sat back down. I was very disappointed as it was 9 before begging called back.

The experience with the doctor was great. The problem was the receptionist. She “misplaced” my paperwork so I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes until she “found it.” The policy of taking whomever turned in their paperwork first is inefficient when despite being 10 minutes early for an appointment I waited an extra 40 minutes due to no fault of my own.
