I've been here a few times, this office is very good, very clean and wait times aren't long at all. The staff is always very nice and professional. This is my go to for any unexpected issues when I need a quick medical visit. Last time I went was for a smashed thumb. I was in and out in under 30 minutes

I have been there in the past without too many problems other than the wait. However went last night with my wife who was having a problem. The website and signage say open until 8pm. When we arrived at 7:30 we were told they had enough patients to last until past 8 and therefore would not take anymore. If this is their policy that is up to them, but there should be some indication of it on their website. We live in the country almost an hour away and drove there just to be told to leave. Worse the person behind the desk (who was almost impossible to understand between the mask, the thick glass shield and the fact that English did not appear to be her strong suit) never asked what our issue was. I would think an urgent medical care might ask how serious the issue was. We could have been anything from a splinter to a heart attack, they had no interest. There was a mother and daughter ahead of us that got the same treatment. I will never go back. I would like to add that their response was just for appearances on here. Once I contacted them they no interest in discussing the issue and just sent me a 'copy paste' apology that meant nothing.

Made an appointment for a pre-employment drug test. Only to arrive to find out they don’t have anyone on site to certify a drug test; next closest center is 2 hours north or 3 hours south. Nothing on their website when the appointment was booked.
