My teenage son was very anxious about being anesthetizia put under for the extraction of four wisdom teeth. Dr. Bell and his nurse were very reassuring. They made a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I absolutely love the staff and Dr. Reinersten! The staff is so friendly, very organized, and has always been available every time I call. Dr. Reinersten is very easy to talk with and I appreciate how he spent the time answering all of my questions. I called the office with a simple question about formula and the front staff had the Dr. call me directly and he did so the same day! He also went out of his way to make sure I received samples of the formula I wanted to try. I'm very happy to have found a pediatrics facility that I feel confident to take my son to and a place who seems to really care about their patients.

Worst children's doctor ever they take forever they have no toys for the children to play with no cartoons to watch nothing to keep children occupied while waiting forever on the doctor my daughter has been really sick before and them not even prescribe her medicine I highly don't recommend this doctor I am switching today sick of the way my daughter is under treated at this office

The doctors are the best in the whole county. Office staff is lacking professionalism and being on the same page as eachother. The office manager could definitely use some training in management and customer service. Dr. Bell & Reinhart are amazing once again. Only doctors I trust my children with and we have tried a bunch! Just wish the office staff could be as amazing!

My only issue is they take forever , but the staff was nice , and the doctor was as well just a really rushed visit so I couldn't really Inquire any concerns, only reason I had to switch to this doctor was because the pediatrician I had did not accept his insurance anymore , I've only been once for new patient and we were there for 2 hours waiting with a toddler is very frustrating. Just a heads up for anyone looking for a pediatrician.

This is the worst pediatricians office I have ever been to. They are children's doctor's but have not a single toy for the kids to play with in the waiting room. And if they are making kids wait over an hour to see the doctor they should offer cartoons or toys. My son's insurance provider switched him to this doctor's office and I will be calling to find anywhere else to take him. It was waste of 2 hours and never even saw the doctor. The staff seemed "slow" as well. Horrible

One of the best doctors in the area. He's kind and gentle. My kids no longer fear doctors due to this man. He's thorough and follows up with any concerns he may have regarding health. He listens to my concerns and doesn't push medications on us.
