Please, please, please do your own research on the poly focal lense... My husband was the "perfect candidate" for the best lense (no glasses) and $6500 OOP. We went back and forth for a year,( then had to move for ailing parent). He did everything to try to help him see better... Even paid for glasses for us. Don't just go into something like this without knowing the possible negatives. This doctor was so hyped up on the "perfect candidate"... We didn't get the negatives.
