Office is clean and comfortable. Office staff is very friendly. It was my first appointment and had to have X-rays of my knees redone. The hospital messed up info. I got to see the Dr for about 5 mins. I was told I need an MRI to see what was going on with my knee. Other than that nothing else to report.

Dr. Hood is a wonderful doctor. I've seen him quite a few times. Takes time to allow you to speak, listens, explains everything well about your situation. Highly recommend him.

Dr Hood was outstanding with me. Unfortunately, he referred me to his son-in-law, Dr. Turnball. I did not feel cared for at all. Dr. Turnball was disrespectful to me repeatedly. He cared more about getting paid by the Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare, than me. The accounting office refused to follow the DVA billing instructions. My name was sent to collections effectively lowering my credit score. My credit score has consistently been at the highest. The DVA paid them but the accounting department never removed the wrongful collection notice. It’s shameful to treat a disabled military veteran like this!

1984 was the first time I met dr. Hood help me out many times he does look a lot older now than that picture. Ok 3 years later May31 2023 another worthwhile visit with Dr. Hood the same great demeanor and care.His foot was hurting and my knee got shot.I told him I'd give him one in his foot .He just smiled.Thank you

Dr. Hood is fantastic!! Fixed my frozen shoulder which had been misdiagnosed long ago (up in Boston). I went back to discuss back and hip pain. He’s very easy to talk to and really listens!
