The staff will not send referrals, the Specialists they sent me to won't either. I'm a patient in pain, not looking for meds but just help. They refuse to send referrals into Humana saying it's the specialist' duty, the specialist says the same. I'm in so much pain right now, ridiculous

Staff is always friendly, the doctors actually listen to what your concerns are and are good with the kids as well

I've never had a problem I'm happy in this place.

Dr. Rose is very nice, and checks on everything you need.

Copying my review to this location because for some reason this office has two separate pages for the same building, with VASTLY different reviews. I haven't had worse treatment at a doctors office in my entire life. From charging me for visits I had already paid in person, to being unable to schedule for months out, to today. I was told that I needed to update my insurance on file. I said I didn't have the card on me. She said, OK bring it next time. While waiting I found what I presumed to be my current insurance card. When she ran it she told me that this was the wrong card and I should have received a vertical one. Then she tells me that I can't have my 8:30am appointment today because of that. When I'm already here. After just telling me it wasn't a problem before... So, when they do something stupid, don't ever correct them and try to be a good patient. Neesa has no problem breaking the rules when I didn't have my card, but suddenly can't now? And I have to wait weeks for another appointment? I'm done. Too many mistakes and bad receptionists. I'll take my records to another office that has competent staff that stay there longer than a few months...

I have been with office for years and have always had s great experience. This office has new doctor's and staff and they were awesome today was a great experience.

One star is the lowest rating I can give but this office deserves negative 5! My regular provider is on maternity leave so they sent me to Jared Shipley. Very young, good looking, arrogant and dismissive doctor or whatever his title is. I came in with a goiter, thyroid cancer symptoms and a family history of thyroid cancer. This man only tested my tsh level and it was normal, so he wrote me off and said "See you in 3 months". Any educated medical professional would know that most people with thyroid cancer have normal thyroid blood levels. He refused to refer me to a specialist because he said my insurance will not allow it, and there was no reason for it. A goiter with symptoms is ALWAYS CAUSE FOR FURTHER TESTING. I asked for a simple ultrasound then, just to check for nodules and never received a call back. So I've called, and the assistant tells me that she will talk to the medical director because apparently the doctor is refusing an ultrasound. He's treating me like I'm a drug addict who is just looking for their next fix. He needs to get his ego in check before he dismisses the wrong person. What if I have cancer? If I don't see the doctor again for 3 months, it will surely spread. These doctors cannot ignore people who are obviously very concerned.

I was a little disappointed at first but they called me to make an effort to fix my issue I was having and i appreciate that .

By far the most Wonderful medical office in Deland! I could not be happier with how caring the staff is. Thank you for being Awesome Stockhammer Medical Clinic. LOVE YOU GUYS!
