Dr. M is congenial, focused, and caring. The appointment was quick—almost no waiting time in rooms, doctor was right there, immediately understood and addressed my concern. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt seen. He offered helpful advice. Will recommend.

Staff was ok. Crystal seemed to know her part. But Doctor McAskill was a complete negative experience!! I know doctors can be arrogant but he was above arrogant. Probably even amoral. I am certain he was not the least interested in my concerns. Gave me about 3 minutes of his time for a full body overview. I had several areas with moles and other skins issues. He just shrugged his shoulders. The Rx he suggested was to exfoliate my nasal area. Why ??? When the problem I has was pealing skin? So why would I want to exfoliate it?? The product cost over $50.00 and is not working. Also the staff wore RED scrubs. No physicians office should be in the color of blood. Just a VERY bad experience.

Been with them a couple of years. I like Dr. McAskill and his assistant. However, the inability to communicate to the office (because calling goes to corporate office) led to twice to me showing up for appointments that had to be rescheduled. How unfortunate 😕
