Dr. Montaldo went from mediocre to poor. I complained of shortness of breath and he ordered a chest x-ray. At the end of my follow-up appointment, I reminded him of the x-ray. Until then, he didn’t seem to know why I was there. After looking at the results, he informed me I had emphysema. I left his office with no recommendation as to treatment. Two days later, I made an appointment with his nurse practitioner who gave me an inhaler. I later called complaining of a cough. IT WAS 2 WEEKS AFTER MY CALL TO THE NURSE PRACTITIONER THAT SHE RESPONDED TO MY CALL. She had just gotten the message. It appears there is a lack pro-active care as well as communication at this facility. Time to find another doctor.

My husband went in today to see about medication. Even though he was start his meds today they sent it into a mail order which we've never used. Then 3 phone calls later & 5 hours the prescription is still not at CVS. No 1 there cares. Now to find a good practice that does care.

I have been seen Dr Montaldo for several years. He has always been very pleasant. He goes over everything with you. He's very Professional.

I have no problems with Dr Montaldo. Professional and kind. Spent enough time with me until I understood and decided for the best treatment. I went thru 4 doctors before finding him. I’m not going anywhere

was my doc for a while, i got tired of being in pain, i asked to be transferred to another doctor in the practice but the staff said No! well, no sense in beingwhere you cannot be helped, he is a nice person But when you need a M.D. you want that not a friend.

I am a patient of Doctor Montaldo, there is a difference between a Doctor and someone who just wants to make money. When I went for my physical, we spoke for a short period of time and then concluded with there is not enough time left to finish my physical, need to make another appointment. When I wanted to schedule the new appointment it was five weeks out. I am sorry but this is not the action of a real doctor. At least someone I wish not to continue seeing and recommend you not either. I am presently looking for a new doctor.

The office staff is very courteous except Dr. Montaldo MA, she is unbelievably disrespectful! I have had three incounters with this lady and all three times she was rude with the last one being down right degrading. At this point I never want to return because of her but finding a new Dr. that my insurance takes is such a pain.
