I recently had the pleasure of receiving medical care from an exceptional ARNP Jessica Rodriguez, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable. The level of care and professionalism exhibited by her was truly outstanding, and I cannot speak highly enough of her services. The clinic itself was well-maintained, clean, and organized. The appointment scheduling process was seamless, and I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. The receptionist's positive attitude and excellent communication skills created a welcoming environment at the office. Their friendly and courteous demeanor made me feel valued and appreciated as a patient, and their attention to detail ensured that my visit was seamless and stress-free. I am truly impressed with the exceptional receptionist services I received from Brittney ; her professionalism, customer service skills, compassion, and efficiency was exemplary. Brittney played a crucial role in creating a positive experience for me as a patient, and I am grateful for her outstanding service. Dr Plotkin medical license should be taken away from him Twice i presented to him with something on my scalp which he said i banged my head and second time said it was a wart. after seeking out another opinion it turned out to be a basal cell that had been there a while. I then had to undergoe an very extensive Moh's surgery on my scalp with major reconstruction and months of hair loss. He is too busy, too fast, and his office staff is terible. Beware and stay away from him and find yourself another dermatologist

Dr. Plotkin is obviously very well trained and is an outstanding dermatologist. A skilled communicator with a sense of humor.Very easy to talk to and with. The office is efficient and well run. Caring and concerned. What more can you ask for? He is a very skilled physician.

Have seen Dr Plotkin several times and have to say he has always been very attentive and completely professional in taking care of several different skin issues. I never feel rushed and I am the type who asks many questions and he thoroughly answers them all. I happen to be seeing him today for yet another issue.
