This is my first experience where a doctor and his staff are rude in dealing with a patient. I had to ask them to control their aggressive behavior. The most terrible and stressful thing for us was that the doctor tried to use an instrument without strings that had fallen out of her hands ... it was terrible. I had to ask to stop the process and further actions of the doctor so that my son would not get an infection in his eye. It all looked like the doctor had some kind of emotional problem when she came to work. Both I, and my son, and the Melitsin interpreter were witnesses to the inappropriate behavior of the doctor. All this scared us a lot. My son became very ill from everything that happened at the appointment with this doctor. We will never be a customer of this hospital again. And if your health is important to you, I recommend that you see another doctor Adrianna Saker.

Over the years, I've found the Delray office has become a bit chaotic, with missing notes in the chart or just inaccurate billing/diagnosis codes. I don't know if the dr has any part in that, although I would hope they would straighten out the office staff to do their work properly. At the same time, I have to say Dr. Saker is a quiet GEM of a dr...she might come off as terse and to the point, yet she does make sure that what she's saying to you is correct, even if her opinion is different. She's not there to butter anyone up and I like that about her. I've found her diagnostic opinion, again and again, to be corroborated with second opinion eye specialists, which is how I learned to trust her opinion.

Before I met with Dr Saker I was tested by Monica. Monica administered my visual field test & was gentle, kind, reassuring, caring & very skilled. I really appreciated her professionalism & approach from beginning to end!

Terrible experience. Doctor appeared to have no knowledge of problem or desire to help. Insensitive and made me feel if my symptoms were made up despite other medical professionals urging me to see specialist care. No knowledge of possible diagnosis or treatment. Attitude on two visits were "just wait until problem is worse" then followup. Called in colleague to belittle my symptoms and concerns. Most insensitive and incompetent doctor I have ever been to. No stars if I could. Demanded refund.

Trust me when I say that you should not visit this doctor. Abrasive, demeaning, chastising, cold...everything you don't want to experience will become a reality if you schedule an appointment with this doctor. On top of that, the office staff called me AFTER the appointment to place the cherry on top of a terrible visit to tell me that she forgot to ask me for a referral because my insurance sucks
