List of Alexandra Santini's Reviews
I am a 58 year old that has been a patient of Dr.Roy Cohen from Dr Santinis Group for 15 years. Dr Cohen retired last year, and I started to see Dr. Santinii am disabled, and house ridden. I have several major disabilities. I am an extremely respectful person, and Im not a complainer, but I will voice my opinion if I'm wrongfully disrespectEd. I caught Covid at the end of December. I had a fever for a couple of weeks (among some other symptom). The second day after I got the virus, I was in line for two hours at MD Now (Urgent Care) getting tested. After a week of having a fever I called Dr Santinis office and left a message with the Pa. After three days, ( on a Friday) the PA called me back to tell me that Dr Santini hasn't replied to my message yet. So I made a virtual doctors appointment. At the time of the appointment she telephoned me which in the past she made it a big deal to use virtual FaceTime through a physicians network. I explained to her what I had and testing positive and a controlled pain medication I've been on for many years not really keeping my fever at bay. She then blew up, and demanded to know who gave me that medication. She got very hostile. Then she said "Oh, I see your very heavy." (I am what I am, it's hard to lose weight when you can't move around very much, besides what does that even have to do with anything)? Then she said, if you feel you need an xray or anything else go to MD Now and get it, don't come here. And besides, it seems like your on the mend. She was making insults and she didn't even read my chart to see who I was, and why I take a lot of medications. I've been to her seven times, and each time I ask for a refill on my medication, it's like pulling teeth. Needless to say, I am switching to a different group of Doctors. Even if she was having a bad day, shouldn't you look into a patients chart before making accusations? I see the PPC business office reads these, but they seem to only reply to the positive reviews. Ive been with you for 15 years. Would be nice to get a response!!!
Had a great experience
Great Dr. great staffIn and out. Don't have to wait. Uses only medications you need. Thorough exams.
for me she was as helpful as a rubber crutch.. ... she talks constantly but doesn't listen....go elsewhere
Dr Santini was ok, but her staff was both rude and had trouble performing the most standard admin tasks (they misspelled my name on the insurance claim but not in the patient file, one of my appointments somehow vanished so I showed up but they wanted me to come the next day instead, etc.) Dealing with these people for routine checkups has been so much more work than it should be. After three visits so far, will probably look elsewhere.
I thought she was awful....... she babbles endlessly and cuts you off mid sentence....I told her I needed referrals to a podiatrist, dermatologist, and endocrinologist..... she set up an appointment to see an endocrinologist in the same facility she works in..... turns out the doctor didn't take my insurance.....I was on my own searching for a Dr. who did take my insurance....... what doctor doesn't know other specialist to recommend to their patients...,. what she did do was schedule an appointment for a bone density test......gee, thanks for nothing
Saw her since my primary not available she seemed more interested in the saying on my tee shirt versus what I was saying
So glad one of my friends referred me to Dr. Santini. I found her to be very understanding of my health issues and will have no problems following her instructions and regimens.
I recently moved to Delray Beach and needed to find a family physician. I was really impressed with Dr Santini. She took time to ask me questions and I felt she was really listening to my answers. She is caring, experienced and competent. The nurses and staff are also super friendly and efficient. I feel really great to have found a great family doctor.
I recently (august 2018) became a patient of Dr. Alexandra Santini, who was recommended by one of my co-workers. I was so thrilled have a Dr. who actually took an interest of your well being. She is a thorough and caring person who listens. That was so very important to me. Although I had some difficulty with the office help at first (which really gave me some concern) as that was one of the reason left my Dr. Of 12 years, it was like no one new what the other was doing. I am confident that all will be OK down the road, and hoping they are listening when I speak and be a little more caring, as the title of the office represents. Not only is Dr Alexandra Santini caring, she is wise and knowledgeable. I can speak with her eyeball, to eyeball. How many Dr's look right to you? None that I have went to.. She has a wonderful nurse Kelly. Very bright, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She knows her job and does it well. I wasn't that comfortable with the nurse before, as her bed side manner was nothing to speak about. That is so important when you walk into an office. It's that first smile and warmth they comes from within. I must say that Kelly has it. I so give Dr. Santini and her nurse Kelly five stars without blinking an eye. Thanks to a co-worker Todd H, who goes to Dr. Santini, I took the chance and went. I am so relax, happy and confident that my health is being taken care of from Dr. Santini and her caring nurse Kelly. Thank you to both.Linda D.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
