I would NOT recommend using this company EVER! I have reported them to the FTC & the Dept of Justice. I scheduled a PCR Covid test on 1/10/2022 through my insurance. I was told the results would be back in up to 3 days. It is now 1/18/2022. I have called them 5 times for my results. I was told initially that it would a few days before my results would be in. Then I was told that they contacted the lab where the results were sent and I was told that I would have the results no later than the 17th. I called today and was told that a manager will be contacting me regarding my test. Of course I received no call back so I had to call AGAIN. Now come to find out that they FedEx the COVID-19 testing specimens to a lab and the lab just received the specimen's yesterday so now I will not have any results because the specimen's are no longer good. The woman working there Danny began to tell me that if I have insurance what they can do for me is another kind of service...no thank you. Why on earth would I go through the same thing with this company. You will waste your time and money with this place. Safe yourself the hassle.

I have tried calling to make an appointment three times today. Nobodyanswers. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

This place is a scam. They’re trying to get people to pay for tests that the government will reimburse them for. They threw away my test without telling me, saying I couldn’t get both a PCR and rapid test. When I asked why, they claimed it was a CDC requirement (this claim isn’t written on any government site), then it was an insurance issue (I don’t have insurance so it would be covered by government reimbursement), and then it was a daily quota issue. It’s a complete scam - they’re just trying to get double the amount from testing and I’ll be submitting this info to the department of health for fraud.

Appointment for bloodwork was made for 10:15am. First they were late to open. Then after waiting 45 minutes the lady inside was searching around cabinets and could not find specific vials or whatever she was looking for, then after calling multiple managers or coworkers to ask where things are, she says she has to refund me. Unprofessional lab, would not recommend going here to get a needle stuck in you. You would think a lab for bloodwork would have the necessary equipment to do so and also operate professionally

This place is awesome. I am traveling to the Olympics and required two negative tests (one within 96 hours, one within 72) from separate labs. First lab was not willing to fill out paperwork the Japan's Government was requiring for entry and said the form we supply you will work. ARC was super nice, filed out the form and added it to my test, now the lab is stamping it and sending it to me so I have both their result paperwork and what Japan is request. Nice, super friendly and VERY helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a PCR test for traveling done. Wow, super fast and super friendly. The nurse who performed my test was very sweet. Received my results in a couple hours. Highly recommended!
