Audrey Liu's Online Review Report Card

cannot speak highly enough about dr. liu. she is extremely competent, has a bedside manner that communicates both professionalism and compassion, and has this rare distinction among florida doctors: an ability to consistently run on time. so why only four stars, you might ask? because the office staff at personal physician care has been execrable. the billing department in particular is both rude and inept, with conduct at times degenerating into outright belligerence. in fairness, the practice has made changes recently and there has been some improvement. still, five stars for dr. liu and minus one star for everyone else.

No return calls x 2 day. Sick pt was given script at home but it took 5 days to reach the pharmacy

Since I have moved to Florida I needed to find new Doctors and Dr Liu is my internist and I am very happy with her, she is very professional and I trust her.The people that work there are just wonderful.There are 2 girls that work with her are the best Renee and Christina with out these two girls helping me with different things they make going there a pleasure and the help I get from them money can’t buy.

Not sure why my husband profile picture showed on this but I am very pleased with Dr. Liu. She is very thorough and does listen and make recommendations based on my symptoms. Awesome service by the Dr.

high marks for dr. liu. she is knowledgable, has a professional bedside manner, and communicates a genuine concern for her patients. she would be a good doctor anywhere but in the medical wasteland of florida she is exceptional. so why not five stars? because the office staff in her group practice is among the worst that i have ever encountered. their telephone system is a nightmare; the billing department is inept and covers its incompetence with rudeness; and the front office is mistake-prone. also, i am less enamored with the other doctors in the practice. so while i recommend dr. liu without hesitation, be advised that the cost of having dr. liu as your pcp will be the constant headache of dealing with the office staff.

I'm very disappointed in the Doctor's office. I have been leaving messages for her since May and have yet to receive a call back. Tried getting a refill on a prescription and no call back. Called the office and talked to an operator and they said that they could make an appointment but could not forward a message. I really like the Doctor, but the people working there need to really figure out how to do the job. Probably will be looking for a new doctor because if them.

Horrible service over the phone, the lady seems to be very tired and not interested in register me as a new patient. They should focus on train more their team.

She is the most thorough and patient doctor I have ever see and at 68 that's saying alot. I have followed her for years and will continue to.

A truly great doctor.

Had a great primary doctor for years but he moved to another state. Having a good, reliable general practitioner is such an important piece of your life after a certain age. Dr. Liu filled the gap in a precise, efficient, caring and very professional manner. I knew I had found a great doctor because she was listening. Taking her time. Being clear. I highly recommend her!
