Dr Segal is an excellent doctor. He helped me with a complicated retina problem that was hard to diagnose. He saved my vision. His office was wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Segal and all the wonderful staff in his office.

What an excellent Doctor! I'm so glad my Internist referred me to Dr. Bruce Segal during an eye emergency. Not only his office staff accommodated me to see him soonest, but the treatment from beginning to end was a good experience. Everyone helps everyone. Dr. Segal had a few patients waiting, and I could see he was conscious of the patients remaining. He was detailed and took his time assisting me. I was thrilled to learn they're taking new patients!

I absolutely love Dr Segal... He is incredibly helpful and caring. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about my unique circumstances regarding my eyes. He is so dedicated to helping people and takes his time to make sure your quality of life is improved through his services. His staff are all amazing as well. I have never been to a better office filled with the utmost care and compassion.

Everything I was looking for in an eye doctor came true. Dr Segal pays attention to all the details, minimal wait time, personable and asked how I was doing, reviewed my chart ahead of time, explained my eye problem to me in simple English, immaculate attention to cleanliness, office is brand new and gorgeous! No rushing, arrogance, broken equipment or chairs, no uninterested staff like in other practices to which I've been. My full confidence remains.

I took my grandfather for a follow up appointment. Staff was nice and patient. Environment appears clean. However the Dr. Segal was very rude and the appointment felt rush. Wished he was more patient with my grandfather especially since his primary clients are elderly and will need that . Only gave a 3 star because of the staff.

Awful customer service. I was told to come pick up my glasses at a certain time and that my insurance covered them. When I came to pick them up, I was told that I couldn’t because they needed to verify that the insurance covered the glasses, which they couldn’t do because the person who does that wasn’t there that day. They later left me a voicemail saying that the glasses were covered by the insurance and to come back and pick them up but when I came back they were closed (they neglected to say what time they close in their voicemail.) So I’ve now made 2 trips to the office and still don’t have my glasses.

Why anyone would give this office a good review is beyond me. I called yesterday afternoon to try and make an appointment. Clearly, they don't need my business as they didn't even have the courtesy to return my call.

I went to Dr Seal for medical consultation and glasses. I found that the Optometrist is a gentleman, very knowledgeable, detail oriented and interested to the best for the patient, so I am happy with my new glasses. I got very, very disappointed with Dr's Bruce Segal lack of interest in my eye medical conditions. Took 2 minutes to see my eye and left. Didn't listen to what I wanted to tell him about my eye and the progression of my disease. Was very unsympathetic. I think that the only thing that he wants is to sell more and more glasses. Nothing about ophthalmological medical care of the eye disease. Many medical doctors now, forgot about the Hippocratic oath - or they know what is that??
