Dr. Duran is amazing he explains everything to you and he’s been taking care of me since I was diagnosed in 2020. Although his team medical assistant whom ever is not very receptive and unfortunately it makes him look horrible. My pharmacy has asked for the refill of all of my prescriptions with Dr. Durand they’ve called three times and faxed I myself also called three times it has been now a week that I have none of my prescriptions and no one returns a call . So unfortunately again here you have a physician that is fantastic but has an awful supportive system from the office.

Dr. Duran-Martinez is one of my favorite doctors. I have been seeing him for years now. He is kind and understanding. What I love about him is that he takes the time to explain anything and everything to his patients. He answers all your questions and doesn't ever make you feel that your questions are not important. he also is very knowledgeable about other medical issues you may have related to his field or not. He has a great staff! I mean that from the bottom of my heart. They have patience and understanding. I recently had problems getting a medication thru my insurance company. I do not know how many times I called the office, but never once did they make me feel like I was being a "PITA". The insurance company was giving us a run around for a month! It was finally resolved. Carla was extremely helpful and we managed to keep each other laughing!!! I do not live close to his office now, but I will never change this doctor! Thank you Dr. Duran & staff! I am forever grateful to you.

My experience with Dr. Duran Martinez was excellent. His office is well organized and he has a very attentive and efficient staff. Dr. Duran was very knowledgeable, informative, concerned and very helpful. I value the kind personal attention i received and I am sure that he has provided me with great medical advice to resolve my medical issue. I highly recommend Dr, Duran Martinez.

Dr. Duran takes his time to explain things to you and treats you with respect. When going over results he makes sure it is in terminology that is understandable.Medications are just not prescribed. They are discussed first to see if the patient agrees with the treatment. Dr. Duran is a young, progressive physician who I highly recommend.
