List of Cora Physical Therapy Delray Beach's Reviews
I have experienced a variety of PT places through the years - as a caregiver and a care getter. I have to say, CORA in Delray Beach is the BEST I've ever dealt with. Here's why...The staff is exceptional. I had to have surgery the last week in May and I chose CORA Delray Beach as my surgeon suggested. I was taken from the hospital the day after my surgery directly to CORA. It was the LAST thing I wanted to do and tried unsuccessfully to put it off to another day. I just wanted to go home. My leg was wrapped up - I couldn't lift it, bend it, walk on it. I met Arielle who did an assessment and gently tried to get me to do some very minimal movements - flexing my foot and other small things. After about 15 min I just started crying out of frustration and the realization that this recovery was going to be much harder than I thought. Arielle sat with me and talked to me. Among the things she said to me was "Let's concentrate on celebrating the little victories." Her encouragement was exactly what I needed - it wasn't pity (oh you poor thing) it was a roadmap to recovery. As the sessions progressed I graduated from the wheelchair to the walker to no assistance. During that time I was introduced to B who became my therapist for the remaining sessions. Both he and Arielle were always showing me the progress I was making when I doubted myself. They truly gave me my life back and got me walking again. I will be forever grateful to them. I actually started looking forward to PT, challenging myself and their excitement at my every little victory. Oh and B's jokes. And his dance moves. During the almost 3 months of PT, I witnessed people coming in with a variety of challenges. Every patient was given the same attention, encouragement and an expertly designed path for their recovery. No one ever felt rushed - you were given the time you needed. Their first day was much like mine as were the days they progressed. Those of us that had PT the same days formed a community of sorts. We were all rooting for each other and our coaches lead the team. Arielle, B and the Kims made it fun to come in.I was first curious and perhaps a little wary that the facility wasn't packed with people and therapists on my initial visit. I soon learned why. The Kims (yes there are 2 of them) at the front desk were incredible at scheduling as were Arielle and B. They do a great job -and they're super nice. I never had to wait to start my therapy or had to sit during it and wait until a therapist was done with someone else. It becomes clear that their priority is YOU. While that may seem like everyone does that - others do not. I have been to PT places with shiny new equipment, many many therapists and many patients just waiting around. At CORA if your session in an hour, you will work for an hour. They keep you moving. Most days I walked out sweating from simple things like stepping up one step and down one step. It always amazed me that such simple movements could make such an incredible impact. The difficulty of the exercises increased gradually - I hardly noticed it until my progress was celebrated by everyone. The bottom line is this. At CORA they not only focus on the physical, but on the mental and emotional aspects of recovery as well. They will cheer you on and encourage you every step of the way, all while providing excellent exercises and challenges. And if you need to just cry, they will be there for you as well. They genuinely care about you - all of you. Their dedication to their patients is a rare find. If you want a shiny "gym like" experience with therapists that give you about 30% of their time, then go elsewhere for your care. However, if you want the best care, the best staff and best outcome for your recovery choose CORA Delray Beach. I did and am so thankful that I did. You will be too.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. I went here a few yrs ago , I had insurance now I get notified I owe 6,000. Ricdiculous!! I had in's it was Authorized prior. They say I went over the visits. No one notified me of that when they notified Me I stopped. They had this young inexperienced Receptionist who didn't know what she was doing. The service wasn't good like a factory several people at one time awful. Equipment less than adequate. I went elsewhere when I needed therapy Horrible place
B and Ariel are awesome! I had my knee replaced and they showed me so much to do after I completed my PT. The best ever!! That’s why, if ever I need PT again, I will come back to them.
I had one knee replacement 4 months ago and now l had my second knee and been coming the this facility since than for my recovery, and l have to tell that l am very happy with all the staff with a right light to Ariel and Bevante that went out of their ways to help me with my pain. They are also very accommodate with my schedule, easy parking. It is not a place you wish to come back 😜because we want to be heath but if you need a place that will help you because they care , this is a place to go. Regina
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, focusing on good form and progress, attention to detail and encouragement to succeed. I’ve been here before several years ago and I am not disappointed. Cora will always be my go to for therapy if I may need it in the future and I will highly recommend them to friends and family, love the atmosphere and all the staff including the receptionist. Keep up the great work Cora, thank you for all you help in my recovery.
I came to Cora following a 5th metatarsal break in my foot. After 2 months of non-weight bearing it seemed that every component of my foot and ankle was sore and tight. I had zero balance and flexibility. After 4 weeks and 12 visits I am BACK thanks to the professionals at Cora. At first I thought I needed the same staff member each time for continuity but came to value the perspective of a covering team member. Marissa, Arielle and Anthony were excellent and the front desk team was so helpful with scheduling. I heartily recommend this welcoming, friendly outpatient practice!!
This was a perfect choice for pt after hip replacement. I was from out of town and I needed to get started on pt and they set me up. All the therapists were caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Cora Therapy.
I have found the staff at this site to be caring, patient and competent above and beyond all expectations. I feel fortunate to be under their care.
The first session was fine and was told by the therapist next week we would start a comprehensive program aimed at my specific needs. Well, the 2nd session that therapist was not there and the new one had no idea my needs and had to start from scratch. That's why it's important to have the same therapist every session. I didn't make anymore appointments. Might try another place.
I broke my shoulder 8 weeks ago. I was told I was borderline surgery. I decided to wait .I was also told that I may have problems with my range of motion. I have been going to CORA for four weeks and the difference in my movement in my shoulder is amazing . My Therapist Jeremy has made my experience here a very pleasant one. I highly recommend Cora. Everyone is very Pleasant. They deserve my five star review

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
