Gave a very bad review on this horrible dr… I don’t see my comment. He does not deserve even one star
Doesn’t care about his patients at all
Dr Neumann and his practice are very inefficient. During covid I was infected and he never called me back and when I tried to call no one answered the phone. He always passes you off to P A or nurse. Then he went away for a month in July after opening. Had appointment in August that was made months ago and he cancelled again. I had to go to urgent care twice so I would never go back there
I too am an advocate for both my parents who are patients of Dr Neuman. This “Dr.”should have his license revoked. I’ve been trying for 4 years to speak with him regarding my parents mental & physical health. He has never called back. His “assistant “ does anything but assistant. The first 3 letters say it all. Where is this man that he doesn’t have time or compassion to speak with concerned family members? No one in that office has a clue. It’s only a matter of time before the department of health, the medical board and other parties start receiving complaints about it. No stars should be an option because this doctor doesn’t deserve any. The only reason there is one is because the system demanded it in order to exit.
As an advocate for my father, He wasn't updated on recent procedures. Didn't listen to us; Cut him off mid sentence..and was hostile and rude. Will be looking for another MD. Bad bedside manner isn't tolerated these days. was very disappointed.
As an advocate for one of his patients, I found him to be hostile and rude. He hadn't bothered to update himself regarding the patients recent consults. He had no idea the procedures that had been done, or the situation. He refused to listen to the patient tell him what he wanted. He rather dictated the care for him not fully understanding what had been done. He represents Humana perfectly. Managed care. "What he says goes"; and so much for patient's wishes. Good luck anyone navigating this mans care.
I found this doctor to be hostile and rude while advocating for my father. His case involves many recent referrals and procedures. He didn't read the recent updates sent to him by specialists {which were 6 months old}, and wasn't updated on his recent care. He refused to listen, and rather "dictated" his follow up course despite my fathers wishes. This man cut him off mid sentence, and wouldn't hear us any more. Will be looking for another primary care MD. I didn't even get a chance to speak on behalf of him! Bad bedside manner isn't tolerated anymore. Was very disappointed being a critical care RN. My father deserves better.
As an advocate for one of his patients trying to navigate specialty referrals, I found this man to be hostile and rude from the start. He didn't bother to update himself on the recent procedures of his patient, and subsequently couldn't understand what the patient needed or wanted. He refused to listen to the patient's wishes, and cut us both off mid sentence. He "dictated" the medical course of this patient despite the patients own wishes. A perfect fit for HUMANA managed care. Bad communicator. Bad bedside manner for this day and age. A real jerk.
I have been a patient of Dr. Neuman's for over ten years. He is caring, thorough and truly cares for his patients. In fact, he probably saved my life by sending me for further prostate testing after a physical exam even though my PSA was at a "safe" level. His office is well-run and well-equipped. He has my highest recommendation.
I wrote a review for Dr Neuman months ago and gave him five stars. He is a great doctor but unfortunately PPC is no longer a great facility and if you can't get in touch with the doctor what's the sense. Receptionist never answer the phone anymore you have to leave a voicemail and it takes usually a day or two them to get back to you and then you have to leave a voicemail of the doctors assistant. Waited three weeks for something urgent with no response got a new doctor today. Unprofessional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
