Misrepresented that an in-network provider and billed for services TWO years later. AVOID!!!
Dr. Kateb’s office is an absolute joke. The staff has no idea what they’re doing, and no one gives a straight answer. I spoke with three different employees about getting my medical records from 2022—one told me I had to come in and pay $1 per page, another said I could email a consent form, and a third said they would take care of it. After all that runaround, I get an email saying they can’t email my records, they won’t fax them to my doctor, and my only option is to come in and pay $1 per page. The incompetence and disorganization in this office is shocking. If this is how they handle something as simple as medical records, I can’t imagine trusting them with my care
Dr Kateb is an amazing Dr. He cares, he listens, and he is unbelievably knowledgeable. Highly recommend him!
Dr. Kateb displayed a concerning lack of bedside manner and empathy during my visit. He entered the room with an unwelcoming demeanor, sat down, and asked about the purpose of my visit without any acknowledgment or warmth. In hindsight, I regret not reviewing his practice beforehand. It seems evident that Dr. Kateb may be better suited for a profession that does not involve direct patient care, as his approach reflects little regard for the well-being of others.
Karen and Esther deserve 5 stars. Patience and understanding are their forte. Dr Kaleb is professional and friendly and always answers all questions. Been a patient for years now.
I’ve been a patient for since 1996, as well as my husband, parents and children. He is an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable Internalist/pulmonologist. He is compassionate, caring and takes his time to listen and answer your questions and concerns. I recommend Dr Kateb without hesitation.
I don't recommend this place! Customer service sucks! Also, they moved their office! When they did, they didn't even bother to let their patients know! I wouldn't waste my time with this place! I mean I don't even ever get to see the pulmonary Dr. Instead I keep having to see a nurse practitioner. This office is a disappointment.
My doctor asked me to see a pulmonologist for my cough of 11 weeks. As you know, Dr Kateb is a pulmonologist. I made an appointment and went to the office with a prescription from my GP to see the pulmonologist. I wound up seeing a nurse practitioner. I was then told I wouldn’t be seeing the doctor. I called the office and spoke with the office manage 15 minutes after my appointment and was told the nurse practitioner was just as knowledgeable as the doctor. I wouldn’t have had an issue if I saw the doctor on my first appt and then sat with the nurse practitioner for my followup appointment. You be the judge. If you schedule an appt specifically with a pulmonologist would you expect to see the pulmonologist?
What's the problem with this clinic? Or the secretariats? I don't know how to say it, but these people don't know how to work! They don't know how to inform their patients of what they need in advance before their appointments! It's a waste of time! I don't recommend this place, it's not the first time it's happened. Please place some professional “secretaries” in this place to be able to better serve your patients.
Excellent physician who I see for my lung issues and as an internist. His staff were very accommodating, and he saw me quickly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
