List of Delray Center For Wellness's Reviews
Hi all, I have been going to Delray Center for Healing for years on & off. Seth Watson, PMHNP was who I saw last on October 29th, 2025 & I paid my copay as usual but he forgot to place my medication to the pharmacy. I called back on November 3rd twice & the 1st Admin was very sweet and relayed my message but the 2nd person said I had to wait till the end of day after the physician that signs off because he has to take care off all their patients for today 1st. Well I was a patient 5 days ago and still I cannot seem to get them to sign of & send my meds to the pharmacy. I have never had an issue like this before so I hope this is not the new norm. This is very unprofessional and I hope that they or their family members don’t ever have to wait indefinitely for medication that was prescribed & is over a week late. I feel for other patients who go through withdrawals waiting indefinitely like I am currently.
Dr Felipe is amazing and genuinely cares. The rest of the staff I'm not sure. I was a patient for over a year and every single month getting my prescriptions was a problem. They don't call in your prescriptions. So if you have a doctor's appointment on Friday morning and they say okay we'll call your prescriptions in for you, have a great day. You're going to go to work thinking the clinical staff did their job and called in your prescriptions. And when you get out of work to go pick up your medicine from the pharmacy it won't be there. And their office is closed until Monday. So you're going the entire weekend without your mental health medications or even better without your Suboxone. Which, without it, sends you into opioid withdrawals. Hope you didn't have anything to do because you're going to be puking, sweating, not sleeping, and probably considering heroin or suicide. Because the staff at this facility can't be bothered to double check their work. This facility is supposed to cater to people who are severely struggling.. but it just adds more stress and worry to their lives. If this situation only happened to me, okay, fluke. But this has happened to me and now a close friend of mine. That makes it a pattern of incompetence. I'm going to be awake all weekend praying my friend doesn't relapse and die because this facility did not send his Suboxone to the pharmacy. And there is no way to contact anyone after hours. Please find another facility if you are seeking MAT treatment. Unless you like going into withdrawal every month.

I just had my third appointment with Dr. Maykelyn Felipe at the Delray Center for Healing and I was very happy with how things went. I feel much better now that I have someone to help me with my mental health. Very good at listening and actually working with me. I look forward to continuing my therapy at Delray Center for Healing. Thank you!

This place is disgusting, I was treated like a drug addict after requesting to continue my previous medication plan THAT IS DOCUMENTED. Dr Rodriguez is just in it to bill your insurance
Dear Delray, (Writing this here because you guys refuse to answer a phone, emails, and text messages!) I hope that anyone considering you for their mental health runs screaming for any other option! You guys are a complete joke! Are you even aware that you are in the mental health industry? I would hate for anyone to know that all you care about is the money of a client and NOTHING about them or their care. I’m going to be everywhere in this review because this place is so ridiculous. When you first get ahold of this place you will probably talk to Debbie. Debbie is great at her job! This woman is a saleswoman to the core. She will tell you that your insurance is accepted however, your EAP provided by the exact same insurance is not! She will then tell you “Oh, don’t feel bad! My friend in California has a $15,000 deductible. She’d practically have to be hit by a car and dying for her insurance to pay anything!” And then something along the lines of “My husband is lucky! He works for apple and they’d even pay to have my dog neutered!” This is important because when I started having issues getting ahold of them my husband called her. (I started having anxiety attacks about this…..honestly, never had them as intense dealing with this place.) She is very well scripted and will say anything to get your credit card info, once that’s done she will never answer a call or text from you again. This is why my husband called from another number. She was very apologetic and said if I needed anything to just reach out to her. After she spoke with him she started ignoring him too. Debbie, you are a liar. Also, you work in the mental health industry, shame on you! This review is specifically for the Jacksonville branch but apparently, you all are one. In order to TRY to get ahold of the Jacksonville branch you have to call Delray and then they ‘communicate’ to Jacksonville whatever it is you need. Totally bogus! I had to reschedule an appointment because I was going to be out of town….the only response I could get was via text message…supposedly my appointment was rescheduled. My gut feeling said otherwise, I had to drive 20 minutes to the office to talk to the desk worker and find my gut was correct…..they did not reschedule the appointment! The desk worker was rude and told me that they do not have a phone in their office. All of my communications would go to Delray, FL first. Funny, fast forwarding here…..I had a missed call one day, with a voicemail. I listened to it….it was the center (my assumption was it was the Delray, FL center…..remember? “Jacksonville doesn’t have a phone.” The message was NOT for me but a personal message for someone that shared a name with me!! I called the center back to let them know….you got it, NO answer and NO callback. It just so happened this call was the same day as my therapy appointment. I walked in and the desk worker greeted me with, “Did you get the message I left you?” Wtf!!! I thought y’all didn’t have a phone? Not only that, this woman knew me….how the heck are you going to mess me up that bad with someone else?? Their psychiatrist told me I would need to be on meds even though I told him absolutely not, I did not want them. The therapist had no idea I was even prescribed meds. My therapist wouldn’t give me a full hour. I was stared at like I was an idiot when opening up to her about my experiences, I was told it was VERY important that I get into a DBT group but they had no idea when there would be one available, and she looked at her watch just about every 4 minutes. Nice lady, but I don’t believe therapist is for you. I do think you would be an amazing teacher though! I am telling you, do NOT waste your time, money, or any good mental health you are experiencing with this place. They will absolutely make you crazy all while happily pocketing your money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
