DCA needs to be better organized. I scheduled my test the last week of September 2021 for 101421. They called me on 1012 to cancel the appointment because the facility did not have the equipment to conduct my test. I rescheduled it for Monday 102521. On Friday 1022 they call me again to tell me they have to cancel because my insurance company denied the authorization pending a peer to peer review P2P clinician ordering the test convincing the insurance clinician to allow me to have the test based on my medical history. I was going to reschedule the test for another date but the person that called to cancel could not reschedule it she was transferring me to someone else to schedule. I was at work and didnt have time to stay on hold while they transferred me so I told her I would call back after my meeting. Why couldnt the person that call me to cancel make the new appointment?? Wouldve been easier right? Anyway about 90 minutes later I call back to get an available appointment. I spoke to Shirleen and she was lovely. She had to look at multiple appointment at various sites but after about 15 minutes she found one. Great Ill have the test in November. I told her I was disappointed the appointment was cancelled P2P considering that I booked it late September. She asked me to hang on and put me on hold for 5 minutes. She came back with great news the 1025 appointment was a go. They did the P2P and all was approved. OK. Even better. At this point it was about 4pm. Test is back on for Monday. At around 510pm I get another call back telling me my out of pocket cost for the test was about $520. I was really upset because DCA had about 4 weeks to get the authorization and determine what my cost was BUT waited until the 11th hour to reach out to me. Unacceptable. I need to find another imaging facility.

Quick. I like that you can preregister from your computer or phone. That saves alot of time. The staff their has always been great.

They took 45 minutes after my appointment to call me and personal has a nasty actitudes

secure Covid 19 procedures quick service mamogram took about 10 minutes and I had Saturday appointment which was great because my work week is busy. In 2 two days on Tuesday DCA shared the resultswith my PCD and gynocologist and both doctors shared the results with me. Last year I got CDs with my images and description at no charge. Im very happy with their service and will be back at the location in a year

Its very clean and very up to date . I have been going for years and have always received excellent care. My only issue is that with Covid you have to text when you get there but the last couple of times my wife or I went we just went in because they dont respond. to the texts.

I waited an hour to be seen This is not a Drs. Office where they are called off for emergencies. Uncalled for.

My husband went in for an MRI of his brain at the Delray Center on Jog Road. He has been undergoing chemo and suffering weakness. He is 84. When he first went in the young gentleman was very nice and took his blood. I was sitting just outside the door. Then an older gentle man with a tag that said radiologist came to get him I said I might have to help him up from the chair. The gentleman and I use that term very loosely said . This is not a hospital if he cant get up he belongs in a hospital not here. This is not verbatim but very close to what he said. My husband was able to get up and followed him. I have no idea of his treatment afterward and don want to guess. We have been to your other offices and were treated very well. I had requested help on the registration form . Maybe we dont need to bother filling out all that stuff if it is being ignored. Needless to say we will never come back to that DCA center.
