Avoid this facility at all costs. They take advantage of car accident victims during the worst pandemic in the history of the United States of America. Their billing department is extremely unprofessional and nasty. They got paid 80% of their exorbitant charge and that wasn't enough.

Went in for a covid test at 9 am got results by 330! I was told 2448 hrs. It was also covered by my insurance. Great experience.

Horrible expierence with billing charge co pay for covid wasnt suppose yo refuse to refund also charge medications $100 never ran one of 5 meds thru my insurance and refuse to refund me money owed would never go there again.

The place was so dirty and the doctor didn’t make a right decision and he had no idea what my problem was! Still he gave me medicine and obviously it didn’t work. Just waste of money!!!

If i can give no star i would. The nurse practitioner is good. The front desk girl "CRYSTAL" has an attitude. I asked if she can email me my COVID results and she told me NO. I have to come in and get them. I asked why? I previously tested at this place and the results were sent to my email. Crystals response to me was my supervisor makes those decisions. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. This was at 6:16 pm. She then disconnected the call. No returned call back. I call back and told Crystal i been on hold waiting to speak to the supervisor. Guess what the answer was???? All supervisors leave at 4pm. Well it was after 4pm!! Then why was i on hold for over 30 minutes. Crystal had an attitude, and very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 stars All the way. Staff was fantastic, result were very quick, wait time was negligible. I'm sorry I don't live down in Florida, I would make your practice my primary!

My father went to get a COVID test done and he didn’t speak English I was on the phone with my little brother who didn’t speak much English and the Staff was very friendly help them with everything thanks so much, great experience. Highly recommend this place for everyone.
