This urology office is completely horrible. Over-billing, bad communication, lack of understanding….I could go on and on but it’s not worth any further effort. I should’ve read the previous reviews before going there.

Don't know why anyone would say the ladies out front are rude. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. Friend, the clinical manager was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Same goes for Dr Gottenger. He was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend him

Never had a visit because the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. They told my husband he’d have to pay $200. He could be a great doctor, but we never found out. He even called the insurance while standing there and they told them he should only be paying a$45 co pay. They wouldn’t listen.We went somewhere else and everything else went smoothly.

I had my prostate removed by a surgeon who recommended that I get the name of a pelvic floor therapist. I called Gottenger's assistant and left a message looking for a name. Never heard from assistant or dr. A couple of days later, I was near office and stopped in. Asked person at front desk to ask assistant for name. She came back out and told me that the reason the assistant didn't call me back was that doctor was out of town for a couple of weeks. I then asked her to ask one of the other doctors in the practice and to call me, she emphatically promised me she would. I never heard from her. I waited a couple of weeks and sent an email to Dr. Gottenger asking that he contact me. I received a response from someone who stated that he was out of office and could they help me. I then responded asking when doctor would be back, never received a response. It doesn't matter how good doctor is, when his or her office doesn't respond correctly and pass messages on to doctor putting your recovery in danger, the whole practice becomes a danger to it's patients and should be avoided.

He removed stones in my urinary bladder and trimmed my prostrate so now I can urinate with no problem. All this with no great pain as an outpatient.

I love Dr.Gottenger! He performed Greenlight prostate surgery on me, outcome was terrific, can now again urinate like when I was 20 years old (70 now). Very highly recommended, A+++ in my book.

Dr. Gottinger, is a top of the line urology doctor. This is not only my opinion, but of other doctors in the area, who send there patients to him. He did a surgery for me a few weeks ago, and cleared up the problem immediately. He has been my doctor for close to 10 years and I couldn't recommend him higher.
