Thanks to doctor Harris and your staff! I had a health issue and you were all so nice, pleasant, professional, and caring. I could not have had a better experience and you followed up to see that I was well. My mom works for a major local hospital and was equally impressed. I highly recommend this establishment.  Will always keep you top of mind.

Walked in for a COVID test, two front desk staff were maskless at an Urgent Care of all places. Walked out.

I would like thank Laurie and Maria for making myself and my nephews visit flawless. My nephew is special needs and he had a smile on his face the whole time getting X-rays, an eeg and a Covid test. I got a Covid test myself it was quick and easy.The facility has a clean and and refreshing feeling with fish tanks housing the most beautiful fish to keep you tranquil in the waiting area. I highly recommend Express Docs Urgent Care. 👌🏽💓

Thanks Paola (Paula)I went in last night for precautionary Covid testing and the wait was a little long but there were quite a bit of people there. The front desk wasn't that friendly so I was kinda thrown off when I first got there, but the nurse/m.a. that brought me back was so kind and nice and provided me with the details that I needed. She also made me feel comfortable even though I was so nervous getting the test (nobody wants a long swab up the nose). Unsure of the spelling but it was Paola or Paula, she was so kind and I am happy I ended my visit with her. Thanks Paola (or Paula)

I was seen by a doctor promptly and treated with courtesy and professionally.   They even performed a procedure I needed but was not scheduled for as a favor.I Highly recommend Express Docs urgent Care.

Took my mom here at night since she wasn't feeling well. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They basically didn't want to help us since it was an hour before closing.

“Wait time is 1 hour plus. Was told I’m next and 3 people were called ahead of me. Don’t waste your time. MED MD I was in and out in 20 minutes on more than one occasionResponse from the ownera month agoWait time for COVID testing can be longer depending upon how many patients come in at once. We prioritize patients who come into the urgent care for lacerations and illnesses over COVID testing so that is likely the situation which occurred when you came in. I do apologize about the long wait, but unlike other urgent cares, we triage all patients in and offer patients who come in just for COVID testing an opportunity to speak with a provider as well.”*******In reference to the owner’s response regarding priority, people who came in after me who were there just for covid testing were helped before me while I was in pain. I went to Med MD and was helped right away. In under 30 minutes I was checked in, received a steroid injection and was discharged.

I got annoyed waiting in line for over two hours, but the covid spike isn't their fault
