I highly recommend FirstLantic Healthcare. Their caretakers are wonderful and have been a great asset to the care of a family member. They do an excellent job of anticipating needs before they arise and handling requests timely.

They are terrific.Their insurance specialist Kristin Hall went out of her way to get us everything that we were entitled to.

I wanted to take a moment and truly thank firstlantic from start to finish for the care that they are providing to my grandmother. They keep me informed of any changes and the caregiver has been an absolute delight and truly goes above and beyond for services that my grandmother needs.

I cant say enough positive things about the care my Mom and the rest of our family received from the entire staff at Firstlantic.  When my Mom first needed assistance at home I was put in touch with Firstlantic and didnt expect much based upon the little I knew about the home careassisted living space.  I was overwhelmed by the attention we all received from Firstlantic ranging from them taking the time to explain to us the options being cost effective and always returning my calls in a timely manner.  They listened to our concerns and always did their best to customize care for Mom that met her specific needs.  The individual caregivers were equally responsible taking great care of Mom even though she could be VERY difficult.  They were all trustworthy and caring at all times.When it came time to move Mom to an assisted living facility additional staff at Firstlantic guided us through the process with expert advice.  It was not uncommon for them to give us their personal cell numbers and following up with us after regular business hours to ensure that the process was moving forward and that we found the best place for our mother.This a a first class organization that goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients

FirstLantic is treats theirs patients 150% thats hard to beat. Their caregivings are 150% caring about their patients too. My caregiver has been with me three months 3 she me are good friends thats hard too find in health care. The care she gave me cant be beat. Ill ask FirstLantic for her again if needed in the future.

FirstLantic Healthcare is an awesome group of people. Its a pleasure working with them they are extremely kind respectful organized and reliable. They sponsored several eventsdrive thru and seated lunches in our senior community in West Palm Beach. All our residents appreciate very much their work and dedication.
