Left a message a week ago and Dr Erikson didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. Psychiatrists that aren't reliable and don't care set a major red flag.

I saw her briefly when I arrived in Florida and she oddly talked about HER lack of social life with men during my session. Pretty odd to say the least but I now know only too well - this rates as "normal" (ironic isn't it) for South Florida.

I highly recommend Florida Complete Psychiatry. DR Heidi Erickson MD, DABPN and Laura, her assistant, have been an integral part in taking care of my special needs twin boys. Laura is a true professional! She takes care of all the administrative details promptly and always with a positive attitude! We have been with Dr. Erickson for 6+ years. She is compassionate, yet extremely knowledgeable in her field and is second to none!!

i had heard really good things about this place but when i reached out to them as a new client they rejected my request via email with no explanation or no phone call why. i’m really disappointed with this because i could really use their help but obviously its a sign they do not care about patients enough.

WOW! I usually do not take the time to write a review but I have to say never read someone else's reviews and judge a business based off someone else. I have been coming here now for seven months and I feel like I need to tell everyone my experience. Laura who answered the phone was BEYOND helpful and such a delight! I was moving from another state and needed to establish a new doctor and I was able to get in around my time not the doctors time. (I love the flexibility they offer ) Laura called me to confirm my appt the day before and asked me if I had any questions and even asked about my move! ( No one ever stops to ask how people are these days!) When I arrived I was there 15 mins early and I was the only patient in the waiting area. ( I read reviews they over book there are over 8-10 people waiting which is a LIE!!!!) I was greeted by the Dr and we went over all my medically and past doctor visit. For privacy reasons I will not list why I was there but when I left I felt very comfortable with the staff and the Dr. I am going on my 8 month and I enjoy coming here. I never have any issues, I never wait more then I expect and the staff is amazing! I wanted to take my time to thank everyone!

Really have enjoyed this office. The nurse practitioner is super friendly and engaging and I feel like he understood what I needed. Appointments happen on time with ( at most) 10 min wait, which compared to my previous offices, is AMAZING. Happy with my choice of coming here since moving to Florida. Will update again if any changes.
