I usually don't have a long wait before being taken to back. Cataract surgery was performed by Dr Jaffe + intraocular lens placed. the Surgical Coordinator Michelle was excellent and helped explain financial and Surgical procedures. Young receptionist always courteous. Most of other staff too. One incident a staff complaining of a patient being very late and was checked in may cause a problem for her , she wasn't told even though the next patient not there yet. She complained about the patient in front of the patient in English and Spanish which was me. I was the patient. Upset, She was talking to another employee While I went in room and sitting. i felt bad for the receptionist . I would still give high rating. To me Dr G.Jaffe is a very good doctor. Michelle Surg. Coordinator the best.
